Hi Ryan.

We don’t have any support other than via the forums.

Please make sure you have both Event Tickets (core/free plugin) and Event Tickets Plus active in your list of plugins.

If that doesn’t solve the issue, please provide a link to an event that should have tickets and their Buy button on it but does not.

    Thank you.

i have deactivated and reactivated all plug-ins related including those. here is a link that should have the button, and all other event and times are the same without buttons.

    Thank you for that link.

I noticed some console errors at your site. Here’s an important one to fix: https://cl.ly/3M343L1o2V2B

(If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

However, that’s beside the point for tickets not appearing…

I see this is a recurring event. If you add a ticket to a recurring event, it will be a single ticket across all recurrences, which is usually not what someone wants.

If you start to create a ticket for a recurring event, there will be a little question mark notice that reads:

Currently, tickets will only show up on the frontend once per full event. For PRO users this means the same ticket will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.

You should add your vote to this existing feature request for Event Tickets to support PRO’s recurring events.

Something some users are doing right now is using PRO’s recurring events to populate their events calendar but then breaking each occurrence from the series to turn them into single events — basically using PRO as an event generator but not actually using its recurring events functionality on the front-end. Others are just dealing with the tickets on recurring events even though you can’t then tell which occurrence they reserved the ticket for… use this information for your own reference but please don’t take it as any sort of recommendation.

You should add your vote to that feature request. Doing so helps us gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.

Now that that information is out of the way… If you still want a ticket appearing for all of the occurrences in this recurrence series, please send me a screenshot of the ticket editing box in this event series’ wp-admin edit screen so I can see the details of the ticket you’ve created for this series.

    Thank you.

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
