MemberThanks, Sven.
Event Tickets Plus (ET+) does create a WooCommerce product each time you create a new ticket via the wp-admin Event edit screen. However, it does not support WooCommerce’s variable pricing.
If you have an Event that needs multiple pricing, you should create multiple different tickets on a single Event. You can limit the capacity sold per ticket or per event (what we call Global Stock).
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHow it looks on my testing site on Twenty Sixteen theme–https://cl.ly/0d2T3v0u2Z2T–is, I think, how you’re wanting it to look.
Therefore, I think there’s something from your theme or another bit of custom code that is affecting your Single Event page’s layout.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberThanks. I assume your custom code was in your other theme’s functions.php file and therefore switching to Twenty Seventeen theme means you didn’t have any custom code in place.
If you have any WP_DEBUG messages, which you shouldn’t if you just have our plugins active with Twenty Seventeen, then wp-content/debug.log file would get created (only visible when browsing the server’s files, either via SFTP or cPanel File Manager or similar).
To your specific issue, the only thing somewhat uncommon I see here is that your WordPress install is in a subdirectory instead of at the root of the domain (although that should work just fine) and Litespeed server (but we have other users on it also).
Therefore, I’m hoping solving this is as simple as going to wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks and re-saving Permalinks.
Please try that and let me know how it goes for you.

MemberYou bet! Glad I could help clear that up.
@tashmina-artists, if you need additional support, please open your own thread. Thanks to you both!

MemberThank you!
@dswiese, your issue is that https://mwlpdx.com/calendar/ is running TEC 4.1.3 and needs to be running 4.5 or later to be imported from. This error is clear for me: https://cl.ly/3E1n2v3q1h1d

@tashmina-artists, http://www.tashmina.co.uk/ is running a proper version of TEC to allow importing from it.EA should not be fed an iCal URL for the Other URL. When trying to import that URL, I see this message: “Unknown service message” — although not super helpful, it still does seem appropriate here.
Trying to import http://www.tashmina.co.uk/concerts/category/combined-sax-and-clarinet/robert-plane/list/ gives me the same error message I got before, which is a different message than what you experienced.
However, importing http://www.tashmina.co.uk/concerts/category/combined-sax-and-clarinet/ works for me. Could you please explain what your extra “/robert-plane” part of your URL is?
