ParticipantAfter logging into your site, I noticed that your widget settings area is being customized by some plugin or theme you have installed (screenshot). This is what the default widget area looks like with no other plugins activated and the default theme activated (screenshot).
Please deactivate all non-Tribe plugins and switch to the 2013 theme, and then reply back here so I can log back in and investigate further. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantPeter,
As I suspected, this is caused by a styling rule that’s coming from your theme. If you look at ‘.site-footer .footer-widget .widget-title’ you’ll see that it has a bottom margin of 20px, along with the styling rule of your H4 tag, which has extra margins as well: ‘margin:30px 0 20px’. If you adjust those styling rules for your ‘.site-footer’ element, then that should resolve the spacing issue.Hopefully that points you in the right direction to fix this issue with your theme. Good luck and Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantStacey,
Thanks for confirming that your child theme is definitely causing the issue. As such, we unfortunately won’t be able to offer much more help here, but I’d be happy to help with any other questions you might have about how the plugin works, as you track down the issue. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantExcellent! Thanks for confirming that this got you sorted. Since it looks like you’re all set, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out.
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we would love it if you’d write a few words for us here: http://m.tri.be/lo
Thanks in advance. 🙂

Participantalexwg85,
Thanks for getting in touch! Can you verify that you don’t have the ‘Hide Related Events’ option checked in your settings (screenshot)? Just let me know, and I can troubleshoot further if needed. Thanks! 🙂

Participantyvrmark,
Thanks for getting in touch! Can you try deactivating your caching plugin and see if this issue persists? I suspect that this might be causing conflicts, but just want to narrow it down a bit before troubleshooting further. Thanks! 🙂

Participantcclm,
Can you try temporarily reverting to the default 2013 theme to see if this issue persists? It’s possible that there’s something conflicting with your theme, but just want to be 100% sure. Also, is there a particular reason that you can’t use the ‘Default Page Template’?Casey
Participanthodephinitely,
Take a look at the front_end_tickets_form() function on line 473 of ‘wootickets/classes/class-wootickets.php.’ This is where the ticket data is being retrieved, and then the ‘views/wootickets/tickets.php’ template file is used to display the ticket data.Hopefully that points you in the right direction! Thanks! 🙂

Participantbenmhope,
Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, the two non-breaking spaces are added in the PHP and can’t be changed without modifying the plugin. If you look at ‘the-events-calendar-filterbar/lib/filters/TribeEventsFilter_Category.php’ on line 52, you’ll see where these are being added with this code:
$child_spacer = ' ';
We don’t recommend that people edit the plugin directly, but if you decide to change this, just keep in mind that your changes will be lost the next time you update the plugin.
Hopefully that helps to answer your question, but let me know if I can help further. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantAdam,
Thanks for getting in touch! You should be able to do something like this using get_terms() with the ‘tribe_events_cat’ taxonomy.Give that a try and let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂

Participantcclm,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. I’m noticing that you have some template overrides currently active in your theme. Can you try temporarily disabling these by renaming the ‘tribe-events’ folder to ‘tribe-events-bak’? I suspect that this issue is related to some kind of customization that you’ve made, but want to narrow it down before troubleshooting further. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantMat,
Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, since spotstudio didn’t share the specifics on how they were able to customize this, I’m not exactly sure of the method they used to implement this customization. It appears that they might have been using the WooCommerce Add to Cart shortcode, along with the get_ticket_ids() function. While we don’t currently have any plans to implement this functionality, I would definitely suggest submitting it as an idea on our UserVoice page if this is something you’d like to see in a future release. Our team periodically reviews the most popular ideas for possible inclusion in a future release of the plugin.
Hopefully that helps to answer your questions, but let me know if I can assist further. Thanks! 🙂

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. Could you try testing for conflicts and let me know what you discover? I suspect that this might be an issue related to your theme or a plugin conflict, but want to confirm before troubleshooting further. Thanks! 🙂

Participantbuitenaardig,
Thanks for getting in touch! The Events Calendar uses a custom taxonomy named ‘tribe_events_cat.’ As I’m not familiar with that particular slider/carousel, I can’t speak to specifically how to customize it, but I would suggest reaching out to the developer of that plugin to see if they can offer any guidance on how to modify it to use a custom taxonomy instead of post categories.Hopefully that helps point you in the right direction, but let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂
