ParticipantDirk,
Thanks for getting in touch! You should be able to filter out the list of tags that you want to display by pasting this code snippet into your theme’s functions.php file: https://gist.github.com/ckpicker/2f07cdfb455c8e416702You’ll need to customize it to use the names of the specific tags that you want to remove, but hopefully that will help you get started. Just let me know if that does the trick.
Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantAwesome! Thanks for confirming that this got you sorted. Since it looks like you’re all set, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out.
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we would love it if you’d write a few words for us here: http://m.tri.be/lo
Thanks in advance. 🙂

Participantmikanx,
Can you share a link to your calendar with me so I can investigate further? Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

ParticipantPeter,
Sure, just make sure you mark it as a private reply, and only our support staff will be able to see it. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

ParticipantThe TribeEvents class is located in the ‘plugins/the-events-calendar/’ folder. In order to use PRO, you have to have both CORE and PRO activated. Hopefully that clears things up a bit, but let me know if you have further questions.
Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantPossibly. Can you try temporarily reverting to the default 2013 theme to see if this issue persists? That will helps us narrow it down a bit before troubleshooting further. Thanks! 🙂

Participantmikanx,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. Could you try testing for conflicts and let me know what you discover? I suspect that this might be an issue related to your theme or a plugin conflict, but want to confirm before troubleshooting further. Thanks! 🙂

Participantbarback,
Thanks for getting in touch! The Events Calendar List view uses WordPress’s built-in Excerpt functionality, which strips out all HTML tags by default. If you’d like to globally enable links in your excerpts across your whole site, take a look at this post.
Hopefully that points you in the right direction, but let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂

Participantlynndelsol,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. I’m seeing the following javascript error when viewing one of your single event pages: http://grab.by/yoJU This leads me to believe that there’s something in your theme that’s causing issues. Can you try temporarily reverting to the default 2013 theme to see if this issue persists? I suspect that this is an issue with your theme, but just want to narrow it down a bit before troubleshooting further. Thanks! 🙂

Participantlondonsculptureworkshop,
Thanks for getting in touch! You’ll want to take a look at the tribe_create_event() function, which will allow you to create your own events programmatically.Hopefully that points you in the right direction, but let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂

Participantwelshartnow,
Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, if users don’t enter in a Venue Name, then that’s currently the only option. However, with our next version (3.7) of the Community add-on, it will be possible to make the Venue Name field required, which should hopefully prevent this problem in the future. We’re hoping to release this in the coming weeks, so stay tuned! Thanks! 🙂

Participantsimone,
Thanks for getting in touch! It looks like there’s an issue with your theme, since it seems to be redirecting the user when trying to visit this URL: http://formazionesalute.eu/events/mappa/Could you try testing for conflicts and let me know what you discover? I suspect that this might be an issue related to your theme or a plugin conflict, but want to confirm before troubleshooting further.
Thanks! 🙂
