    Hello there,

    We are now in the final 3 days of our 30-day refund period for The Event Calendar PRO and are somewhat concerned that we are still encountering a problem.

    We did as suggested;
    All plugins have been deactivated and we tested functionality across Safari, Chrome, Firefox however the issue still remains. (please see site lynndelsol.com).

    Within the event listing our map feature does not generally work (it has a few momentary times). Most times it is a blank gray square

    Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. I’m seeing the following javascript error when viewing one of your single event pages: http://grab.by/yoJU This leads me to believe that there’s something in your theme that’s causing issues. Can you try temporarily reverting to the default 2013 theme to see if this issue persists? I suspect that this is an issue with your theme, but just want to narrow it down a bit before troubleshooting further.

    FYI – We’re having the same issue (ECP 3.6.1, WPEngine).

    As a developer myself, I’m quite disappointed as working with ECP is costing way more hours.
