MemberHello mudstacle,
In the WP-Admin, at the bottom of the Events > Settings > Help tab, there will be a ‘systems settings’ box. Can you copy that and paste it into a private reply? That should give us a list of your theme and plugins.
Thanks!

MemberHello grahamstacey,
Your clone site at http://ob-live.com/events-list/ doesn’t seem to be fully functional, as most of the links report a 404.
If you wanted to fully clone the site, and then post the credentials in a private reply, I would be happy to take a look.

MemberUnfortunately, without a public link I won’t be able to troubleshoot very effectively. 🙁
Maybe if you took a few screenshots of your process, I could see the issue better? Here are some excellent tools for uploading some screenshots!
Before submitting a support post, we ask users to deactivate all plugins and change to a theme like Twentytwelve, as a proven way to check for conflicts.
Ideally, they will do this on a local, development, or staging environment. It’s possibly a little tedious, but it is the surest and most efficient way to get to the root of a complicated issue. We know this after years of combined experience troubleshooting technological problems of all shapes and sizes.
If the issue still occurs on a normalized system, there is more than likely a problem with our plugin (a bug).
If the issue goes away on a normalized system, there is more than likely conflict with another plugin or theme that is not ours.
This is an integral part of our troubleshooting process. By reactivating plugins one at a time, checking the problem with each activation, you can immediately find out where the conflict is. Otherwise, it is a difficult (impossible) guessing game.
Can you please deactivate your plugins and theme, to confirm the problem goes away? Please reactivate each piece, until the problem comes back. Please let us know which plugin causes the problem.
Cheers!

MemberHello kellymarie2001,
Awesome! I regret to say I was in fact losing sleep over this issue. (if my troubleshooting techniques don’t work I am lost)
I’d be happy to give you some quick CSS pointers, can you give me specifics of what you want?
A plugin like http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/ will help you add css to your site. If you check out our Themer’s Guide, you could also make a CSS template override to display what you want.
Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!
Cheers!

MemberHello talkissheep,
Tickets are controlled within the actual event, half way down the page.
WooCommerce will require you to make some pages (shop, checkout, etc), but you should NOT have pages for The Events Calendar. Our plugin uses ‘virtual pages’ (slug/permalink/route rewrites for your devs). So if you have an ‘events’ page you should delete it.
Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!
Cheers!

MemberHello ogadesign,
If you are having the same problem with the 2011 theme, I believe this issue is ultimately a problem with the your server size.
Do you know how many total events you are storing? It might be time to upgrade to a stronger instance.

MemberHello literarychicago,
It would be much easier to help if I could see the problem, do you have a public link I can see?
From what I can tell, it should be super easy to add event info, and it should go directly into the hover tooltip.
Does this make sense? Let me know if this doesn’t work for you.
Cheers!

MemberHello bobski,
I’m sorry for the delay in the support you’ve been getting and I can appreciate your frustration. We usually try to wrap up these problems up in a few responses, I’m sorry that this one has been dragging on!
This problem has been difficult to pin down because it has been a moving target. At first the plugin list was inconsistent and then your developer website was down. The inconsistency from one event to another has been difficult to figure out what has happening here, but I think I was able to reproduce it.
On my system, if I create and event and ticket, but the ticket has no stock, the ticket won’t appear on the front end.
I’m not certain if this is the root of your problem. Please check your trouble events and make sure there is a number entered in the stock box.
Thanks for your patience and sorry again for the delay.
Does this make sense? Let me know if this doesn’t work for you. If this doesn’t fix it we will continue to troubleshoot the problem.
Cheers,

MemberHello Aaron C,
Thanks for contacting us!
Actually, our WooCommerce Tickets plugin is made to do exactly this! (and you’ll have the added benefit to charge if you want to in the future)
Here is the event page once the tickets are all ‘bought’.
Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!
Cheers!
