MemberHello wisewoman,
The Pro plugin will be 100% fully functioning if unlicensed, so no need to worry about that.
You can check you license attachments at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys/. There you will be able to detach old sites. Then you will be able to attach your new sites as before through your new site’s admin.
Does this make sense? Let me know if this doesn’t work for you.
Cheers!

MemberHello SteveC,
Unfortunately that feature is not yet available for any of our ecommerce or Community Events plugins.
If you have a moment, we’d love for you to submit your idea to our UserVoice forum. We take user ideas and contributions very seriously, and many times their ideas end up in our future releases.
Thanks!

MemberHello andrewbacon,
Thanks for contacting us!
Here are a couple things that may help.
The Events Calendar Pro plugin is an addon plugin. Make sure the open source The Events Calendar plugin is installed and activated, along with the Pro one. (I assume you already knew this, but sometimes people don’t!)
The Events Calendar uses what we call ‘virtual pages’ to make the ‘events’ page. There is no physical page created in the DB, so you won’t see one listed in the WordPress Pages admin.
Make sure the page you are trying to view has its slug listed in the Event Settings > General tab. According to you link you should see ‘calendar’ there.
You may need to “flush permalinks,” by resaving your permalinks in the Settings > Permalinks admin page. This is especially true if you are seeing a 404 or just changed the page slug.
Does this make sense? Let me know if this doesn’t work for you.

MemberHello toddmcm,
Thanks for your patience! We do a full forum pass every 24-48 hours. Sorry for the slight delay, we were a bit busier with the release of 3.6.
As of right now, only admins have the ability to view the attendees list. (I believe the rationale has something to do with the edit_posts capability, and some sort of programming difficulty in getting around that)

I will make a ticket for this feature request, and update this thread if we ever release a solution for this problem. It does seem like a very good idea!
Sorry I wasn’t able to give you a better answer!
Cheers!

MemberHello tmdistrict10,
Thanks for contacting us and for diligently following our instructions. Seriously, after a week of helping customers, cooperative threads like this really make me smile!
As it turns out, this is a bug we just discovered in the 3.6 release. It is well documented and I’m hoping to push for an immediate fix. Unfortunately I can’t make any promises for its release.
I will close this thread for now and reply to it when we update the plugin with a fix.
Thanks again!

MemberHello jsoto22,
Thanks for contacting us! I believe you found a bug so thanks for pointing this out!
I reproduced this on my system and submitted a ticket to our devs. I’m not sure of the specific timeline on this fix, but it seems pressing and I would assume it would be updated soon.
I’ll close this thread for now, but will contact you when we release the fix.
Cheers!

MemberHello funinjerusalem,
No problem, feel free to contact us at your leisure.
The tooltips on the single and month views are very different. From what I can tell the month view is breaking because the DOM selector can’t find the right object to ‘slice.’ This is more than likely caused by your theme or template override.
At Modern Tribe we work hard to release polished and clean, professional software. However in the open source market place, this is not always the case.
Before submitting a support post, we ask users to deactivate all plugins and change to a theme like Twentytwelve, as a proven way to check for conflicts.
Ideally, they will do this on a local, development, or staging environment. It’s possibly a little tedious, but it is the surest and most efficient way to get to the root of a complicated issue. We know this after years of combined experience troubleshooting technological problems of all shapes and sizes.
If the issue still occurs on a normalized system, there is more than likely a problem with our plugin (a bug).
If the issue goes away on a normalized system, there is more than likely conflict with another plugin or theme that is not ours.
This is an integral part of our troubleshooting process. By reactivating plugins one at a time, checking the problem with each activation, you can immediately find out where the conflict is. Otherwise, it is a difficult (impossible) guessing game.
It seems like you have quite a few plugins. Can you please deactivate your plugins and theme, to confirm the problem goes away. Please reactivate each piece, until the problem comes back. Please let us know which plugin causes the problem.
Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!
Cheers!

MemberHello thisisbbc,
Thanks for contacting us!
I’m assuming you’re using WooCommerce, since it is our most popular ecommerce plugin.
There is no way currently to send bulk emails with our plugin through WordPress. However, on the attendees page, you can email a list of the attendees to an admin account or other email, and then from there you could use a service to bulk email the attendees.
You will find the attendees list within the Edit Events page, next to the ticket information (once there are confirmed orders).

MemberHello amantri,
Thanks for contacting us!
From my experience just testing this now, if I only enter venue information into an event (with no title or body text), all information will disappear when I hit publish.
If I enter venue information, and also event body text (only no title) the event will successfully save with no title.
There is currently no work around for this.
I’ll create a ticket to look into this issue. It may be a bug, or purposeful design implementation (many times our devs have great reasonings for what seems weird design).

The Events Calendar Pro is an addon to our open source plugin. Are you sure you have both installed and activated?
Could I get a screenshot of your exact message? Here are some excellent tools for uploading some screenshots!

MemberHello Mick,
Thanks for contacting us!
You can’t exactly have 10 different calendars on one site, as there is one central calendar at http://yoursite.com/calendar for example. However, two solutions come immediately to mind.
If you use the Filter Bar plugin you can assign two categories to each game event, one for each team. Then users could filter the calendar for the team they want to see (you can also link them to filtered calendars).
The other solution, depending on the size and scope of you league, would be to use WordPress Multisite to create a site for each team. Then you can have a dedicated calendar for each team
Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!
