    Hello Stefani,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    1) With our WooTickets plugin, you will be able to sell tickets to your events or classes.

    2) I don’t believe users will be able to cancel their own attendance. They would have to contact the admin.

    3) We are not yet able to group tickets together.

If you have a moment, we’d love for you to submit your idea to our UserVoice forum. We take user ideas and contributions very seriously, and many times their ideas end up in our future releases.

Sorry georghi, I mispoke. We aren’t exactly allowed to make changes to live sites.

I would try reinstalling the plugins from scratch (or even just the plugin), your data will remain in tact. Or, are there error or access server logs to look at?

Since there are no JS errors in the console AND the network call returns a 200 GET, I believe something is happening with the php query, that it is returning a blank response.

Otherwise, do you have a dev site I can take a look at, or a specific window of time on the live site? Poking around can cause a mess at times; I’d need to know nothing critical was happening at the time.

    Hello dither,

We slightly changed how venues are registered in version 3.7, since users can now filter the label of the CPT to change the name.

I’m not sure if that would have affected your field or not. I would try editing and re-saving the field to see if that fixes anything.

Does this make sense? Let me know if this doesn’t work for you.

    Cheers!

    Hello dither,

Thanks for contacting us. We don’t have much information on the PODS plugin (not documented at least) and we haven’t heard anything from other users yet.

It really depends on how PODS is storing the meta data, it seems very robust.

I’m unfamiliar with the PODS verbage. Can you give me some explicit steps, so I can try and reproduce this? PODS is very popular and we want to make sure this is working well.

    Cheers!

    Hello dither,

I see this is a duplicate thread. I will close it and follow through on the other.

    Hello Alex,

    Thanks for contacting us.

Users with an ‘Author’ capability only have access to their events. So yes, you should be able to do this with no problem. Have the Editor or Admins assign users events and then they can come in and work with them.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Cheers!

    Hello Joyce,

    Thanks for contacting us!

It sounds like you want to have recurring events, which is a PRO feature. One event with a single start and finish time will span the entire week, as you have now.

It sounds like you want 5 – 8.5 hour long events. A recurring event that starts on Monday and repeats 4 times (ending on Friday) will get you what you want.

Let me know if I’m not understanding you correctly!

Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!

    Cheers!

    Hello Anders Kristoffersson,

The free version of The Events Calendar works very well with WooTickets, you don’t need PRO.

Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!

    Hi Peter,

Thank you for posting! In this forum we try to keep our threads focused on just one user’s problem. This ensures that we are addressing your specific problem instead of a general group one, and not possibly missing anything unique your situation.

To that end, would you mind opening up a new topic here about your issue? If you could please detail in your own words exactly what your problem is (instead of just linking here), that will go a long way towards helping you get this issue resolved as fast as possible.

I hope you understand our reasoning here and do not mind this extra step, we have just found it serves our users best.

    Cheers!

    Hello Maz Hermon,

Thanks for contacting us. From experience, I believe IE8 will work fine with most use cases. However, we only support IE 9 and up.

I’m not sure we have a public policy on that, I will check and see.

I believe we have some graceful degradation built in for IE8, but your mileage will vary. I would not bank on IE8 being trouble free.

    Hope this helps!

    Hello Emmanuel falaise,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    1) That is not available out of the box, you will need some customization. You should be able to create a special user that only has access to certain features though.

    2) We have several ticketing solutions available, WooTickets is our most popular solution. It works very well with WooCommerce, and is very robust.

    3) I don’t believe this is possible. WooCommerce is a monolithic system with a central payment processor. We only leverage that.

    4) We don’t have any experience with Tickera. My gut is “No, that won’t work”, but I can’t really say. Typically our plugins need a bit of customization to work seamlessly with 3rd party plugins.

    Hope this helps! Cheers!

    Hello Andy Warren,

Thanks for contacting us! Neither the free TEC or premium PRO currently has that functionality. However it is a great idea.

If you have a moment, we’d love for you to submit your idea to our UserVoice forum. We take user ideas and contributions very seriously, and many times their ideas end up in our future releases.

    Hello wycks,

Thanks for contacting us. There is no WPML compatibility yet, and we don’t yet have a targeted date.

The best I can currently offer is to recommend you submit your concerns to our UserVoice forum. Also, watch our blog and social media, as we will announce when it is shipped.

Until it is shipped though, I would not plan or count on anything.

    Cheers!

    Hello georghi,

If you wanted to private reply with your credentials, I can take a look. It is not something we do on an ordinary basis, but since what you’ve done hasn’t helped yet, I’ll be happy to have a look.

    Hello Becky,

If you check out our Themer’s Guide, you could probably make a template override to display what you want.

Otherwise, a plugin like http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/ will help you add css to your site.

Does this make sense? Let me know if this doesn’t work for you.

    Cheers!
