ParticipantHi
I had the tickets working fine all entered and up and running. But they seem to have just disappeared on the front-end pages. I can add and edit tickets fine in the backend (associated with events) but the box for the tickets and the cart just dont show now on the event page …
I did upgrade the woocommerce version and update the Calendar Pro plugin and the Tickets plugin.
Bu this happened before the upgrade… I have disabled different plugins to see if this is effecting the tickets plugin but no joy !
Can anyone help or has anyone had this same issue recently ?
Thanks
Bob

MemberHello bobski,
Thanks for contacting us! I updated the forum location, so no problem there!
I’ll need a bit more info to try and reproduce this. Could I get a public link to take a look at this?
Also, in the WP-Admin, at the bottom of the Events > Settings > Help tab, there will be a ‘systems settings’ box. Can you copy that and paste it into a private reply?
Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!
Cheers!

MemberHello bobski,
Taking a quick cursory glance at your website, I was able to confirm the ticket is missing.
I tried reproducing the error though and was not successful. Your plugins list is missing a few that should be there, including The Events Calendar and both WooCommerce related plugins. Can you confirm this list is correct?
PLUGINS
Advanced WP Columns version 2.0.6 by Vladica Savic(https://twitter.com/vsavic)
Awesome Weather Widget version 1.4 by Hal Gatewood(http://www.halgatewood.com)
Disable Comments version 1.1 by Samir Shah(http://rayofsolaris.net/)
Easy Set Favicon version 1.1 by Eftakhairul Islam & Sirajus Salayhin(https://github.com/eftakhairul/Set-Fav-Icon/blob/master/README.md)
The Events Calendar PRO version 3.5.2 by Modern Tribe, Inc.(http://m.tri.be/20)
Fusion Core version 1.2.1 by ThemeFusion(http://www.theme-fusion.com)
HTML Javascript Adder version 3.9 by Aakash Chakravarthy(http://www.aakashweb.com/)If you disable all plugins except The Events Calendar, The Events Calendar Pro, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Tickets, does it still fail then?
Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!
Cheers!

MemberHello hsale, thanks for contacting us and sorry you are having this issue! Would you mind starting another thread? You may be having a different issue than bobski and a different thread will allow us to give you individual attention!
Bobski, your link to http://217.199.187.73/corkracecourse.ie/ seems to be gone. Can you offer another link so that we can troubleshoot?
Cheers!
Casey

MemberHello bobski,
I’m sorry for the delay in the support you’ve been getting and I can appreciate your frustration. We usually try to wrap up these problems up in a few responses, I’m sorry that this one has been dragging on!
This problem has been difficult to pin down because it has been a moving target. At first the plugin list was inconsistent and then your developer website was down. The inconsistency from one event to another has been difficult to figure out what has happening here, but I think I was able to reproduce it.
On my system, if I create and event and ticket, but the ticket has no stock, the ticket won’t appear on the front end.
I’m not certain if this is the root of your problem. Please check your trouble events and make sure there is a number entered in the stock box.
Thanks for your patience and sorry again for the delay.
Does this make sense? Let me know if this doesn’t work for you. If this doesn’t fix it we will continue to troubleshoot the problem.
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Casey,
Your correct… seems all of the tickets I had Installed against the every event are not being recognized…
As soon as I added a new test ticket into the event… Just that new test ticket showed up. So It must be that the old setup ticket for some reason are not recognised in the database reference. when we upgraded the woo-commerce plugin and events calendar.
Al least we only have to re-enter the tickets into each event again.
Thanks for your help !
I really appreciate it. Just to remind anyone reading this post to find a resolution to the same issue. Try adding a new test ticket to the existing tickets you have entered and test it that will show before you go reinstalling all theme file, all plugin file, rebuild the database etc.
Thanks again for your support Chris.
Regards
Bobski
