    Hello hsale,

I’m not sure why the buttons would be missing, but look for the function woocommerce_quantity_input() in your override. I believe it should match (or closely resemble) what is in the wp-content/plugins/wootickets/views/wootickets/tickets.php line 51

Does this make sense? Let me know if this doesn’t work for you.

    Cheers!

    Hello Adrian Forster,

Sorry not sure why this question fell through the cracks!

Yes, you can use the plugin on the development or test site. Only register it on the live site. You can easily add/remove registrations in you Tri.be account as well.

Also, you can set a quantity for each type of ticket.

    Cheers!

    Hello itchybrain,

No credit card details needed! They also have the option of creating an account at check out, but that is optional too.

    Cheers!

    Hello grahamstacey,

Your FTP credentials aren’t working, and I can’t find that file in  the WP editor. Can you confirm those credentials are correct?

You can add that code right at the top of your theme’s functions.php file. Make sure it is in the main <?php tag, but not in a comment.

Let me know if that doesn’t make sense, and I can be more explicit.

When the permanent fix is released, there will be an overlap but it shouldn’t really matter. You could delete this code when the new one is released and I will update this thread at that time.

I haven’t seen the ‘time’ problem yet, can you see if the code I’ve given fixes it? If not, could you start a new thread? We like to keep each thread to one topic each for simplicity of communication.

    Thanks!

    Hello marcosfigueroa,

Sorry for the confusion. The lat/lon is only for the ‘Map’ view of all events with a geolocation.

On the single venue and event pages, the map is based on the given address.

Sorry I forgot about the distinction between the two.

I’m not sure I can offer a great fix while Google updates their maps. Perhaps it would be best to remove the map from that event/venue in the mean time. That way the address is still there, but not the incorrect map. Then you could use another map plugin if you wanted to, and add a map based on the coordinates.

I’m not certain this will work, but you’ll have to think outside the box to find a solution here.

Sorry for the disappointing answer! 🙁

Let me know if I can answer anything else!

    Hello Roger,

Yep! PRO is an addon, so it adds a layer of functionality on top of your existing data. We pride ourselves on how seamless it is for our users to upgrade.

That said, please make sure you have a recent backup of your site before you start! I’m assuming nothing bad will happen, but better to be safe than sorry.

    Hello jokesonme,

After talking with the devs,by far the easiest approach is to set a ‘classes’ category and leverage that url to create another calendar. In a template override, you could manipulate the view of the calendar based on the category.

Does that make sense? Let me know if that doesn’t work for you.

    Cheers!

Happy it worked out! It looks like you marked this as resolved.

We’d love it if you would leave us a review and let people know how much you like the plugin! http://m.tri.be/jt

I’ll go ahead and close this thread. Let us know if we can help with anything else.

    Hello bca60,

There is no action hook available for catching the search query yet, so it sounds like UserVoice is your best option for now.

Sorry for the disapointing answer! Let me know if I can answer anything else!

    Hello jsoto22,

This problem should be resolved with our 3.6.1 maintenance release. Let me know if it is still an issue!

    Hello cmeigs,

Whoa, sorry for the terrible delay! This post fell through the cracks and I wasn’t notified you responded. This our fault entirely, sorry about that!

Looking back, I think I misunderstood the original post. It looks like your default view is set to ‘Day’ view, and this would be why it is returning events for only that day. In this case it shouldn’t have much to do with the template override.

Currently, the search query is dependent upon the current view. For example, if it is set to ‘month’ view, the user would expect to return results for that month. We’ve had some other requests with users wanting to ‘clear the search query’ so to speak, and search for all events, not just within the current view. If you have a moment, we’d love for you to submit this idea to our UserVoice forum. We take user ideas and contributions very seriously, and many times their ideas end up in our future releases.

Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!

    Cheers!
