Custom Recurrence

We just bought PRO for the Recurring Events and customization, but it does not seem to be working for me. I’ve indicated that I want an event to run from 07/14-07/23, and only repeat on Mondays and Wednesdays weekly for 2 weeks. But I get the events showing on every day of the date range, not just on Monday and Wednesday. This was a critical need for us. Help?

What was the solution?

figcreative, my mistake was trying to change the recurrence after it was initially set up. It seems that Event Calendar PRO makes events per day of the original dates, and if you try to change them, it does not work so well. The other part was making sure you just had the event on a single day (06/17/14) then the repeats were on different days with an end time of a specific date, or after so many events. You don’t want to set the event up from day 1 to day 10, let the recurrence settings do that.
