KeymasterHi Rivet,
I see there is an error with piwik. What happens when you disable that plugin?
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Aaron,
Sorry about that. Yes, the snippet from Nico is still valid for use. Also, we do offer a 30 day refund if for whatever reason it doesn’t work as desired. In regards to building this into the calendar that is not on our list of items to accomplish at this time.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Cale,
Sorry about that. Yes, there are widgets that allow you to select organizers. You can show different views by creating widgets as well.
Hope that helps.

KeymasterHi there,
Yes, its a normal product in woocommerce so they would have a login and be able to manage their order by canceling it.
- Yes, there is a “Tickets Left” count.
- Email does not have a add to calendar link but it can be added with custom development, not included with our plan.
- Yes, you can create categories and then add them in a navigation or widget.
- If its sold out, there is no waitlist unfortunately.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Sorry it took so long to get this ironed out.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.

KeymasterHi there,
I see your point and that is a great suggestion for the export feature for the backend. I will bring this up in our next dev meeting.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Possibly could be hitting a limit. I see you are at 200 for your plan. How many events are you trying to import?
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
That is our snippet for sorting alphabetically. You can custom development an option but it would require custom coding and recreating some of our templates to accomplish this.
If you only need to change it for the list view, the template override approach is ok. Most probably the template override is not working at all. Please check that the override is in the correct path, it should be at ‘wp-content/[your_theme]/tribe-events/list/content.php’. If you are still not sure about this process, please check Themer’s Guide.
Customizations are not supported so you would need to find a developer to accomplish this.
Thanks,
Brendan

KeymasterHi there,
You could add a sidebar widget with the artist as a category.
Hope that helps.

KeymasterHi Frank,
Thanks for emailing support. Its something on our list but we do not have it scheduled so we do not have a timeframe currently.
Unfortunately that is the only answer I can give at this time.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
With some custom development meaning editing the email templates, you can do this. Its not an option though, out of the box.
Hope that helps

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
You could add this CSS:
1.tribe-events-list .tribe-tickets-left { display: none; }Please let me know how this goes for you.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
Yes you can. There are a couple of ways to achieve this.
I would recommend to read the following articles as a starting point:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-members-calendar/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
