We use Woocommerce Memberships to manger our membership. There are certain events that we only want visible to our membership. Is there a way to set up an event (we have Events Caneldar Pro) so that only members can see the event and register?

Yes you can. There are a couple of ways to achieve this.

Thank you for the reply. The second link, “members only calendar” is exactly what I was looking for, specifically the CSS code section of the article. Will this process work with the woocommerce memberships registration add-on?

Thats a great question. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work but you definitely will want to test it.
