Thanks for emailing support. Can you try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

Thanks for reaching out! Our Event Aggregator tool can perform automatic imports from a number of sources, including iCal/ICS feeds, Google Calendar, and Facebook. If your version of Outlook is able to export to one of the listed formats, you should have no issues setting up automatic imports with Aggregator! If you’re not sure, I’d suggest referring to the documentation for your version of Outlook to see what options are available for exports and syncing.

Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues with resending tickets option. It definitely should be there and its apart of the Woocommerce shopping cart. Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins?
