    We have been sending tickets with our event for several months now and it’s always worked fine. I’ve even resent tickets with the QRC code but now it’s stoped for all events. I’m not sure why. Nothing has changed except the last update. I checked my test site just to confirm I wasn’t crazy and an old back up of ours from 2 -3 weeks ago had the option to resend tickets but now it does not. I even double checked my ticket settings were set to arrive tribe Commerce and my PayPal setting were still correct.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues with resending tickets option. It definitely should be there and its apart of the Woocommerce shopping cart. Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

    That is a terrible Support response to tell me to refresh my site. I realize that a lot of time that it can be a conflict because there are a lot of things working together in WordPress, but when nothing had not changed and no updates were applied there is no reason refresh a site. Plus I think that if I’m paying for Pro Calendar and Pro Ticket I think that I should receive a license so I can test on my test server.BUT . . .

    I have since investigated further to determine the reason the resend ticket option is not available because although the ticket is associated to an event product that the person is not on the attendee list; therefore, not associated with said event and a ticket cannot be sent.

    Hi there,

    Sorry you feel that way. Its our first method to rule out conflicts and we have noticed 99.9% of the time its a conflict. Updates are usually made frequently on WordPress sites and was not aware of this from your first message so my apologies.

    In regards to the development license, our license system will not count domains with the following TLDs toward your license seats:

    • .dev
    • .test
    • .local
    • .tribe
    • .staging

    So if you are ever in need, you can setup the dev environment with one of these TLD endings.

    Finally, yes you are correct the ticket needs to have an attendee to see this option.
