    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. This can’t be done out of the box, but you could modify the templates with coding knowledge to accomplish this. With the PRO version, we give you access to which templates.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in ourEvents Calendar PRO forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.

If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. You only need to purchase Community events to get the user submission functionality.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support.

do I need both plugins Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus?

You will definitely need Event Tickets Plus but PRO is optional.

can I import ical feeds? and is there a limit?

You can with the Event Aggregator plugin and there is a 100 daily limit.

how can I make it automatic so when I update my calendar on my iphone it will update also on the website?

You can set up automatic imports so it imports new updates every so often.

is there a way to exclude a category from not showing in the calendar, lets say I have kids, adults, all ages and staff, I want to display all except staff category, is this possible?

Out of the box, no. In situations like these, you would want to look into a member only plugin or some type of category restriction plugin to help restrict these sections.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support.

    1. Yes, you can accomplish something like described and in this case since its a little more custom then the default functionality, you would want to read about and use shortcodes.
    2. Yes, you are correct. You would set up categories and/or tags and incorporate these into shortcodes essentially.

We do have a knowledge base available to premium support to learn how to use all of the features of the calendar/photos for your desired layout.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

I am not sure on the dates. Basically, it comes down to having the resources to develop the extension. Best way to get notified on any new extensions is if you use any time of feed or RSS service to get news. If so, you can follow this address: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/feed/

    Thanks,

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. The venue dropdown be there so there is a conflict somewhere if you are not seeing it. What happens if you click on “edit venue”? Can you try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

I found out this is a bug currently. The good thing is the “buy now” button works but the Login can be confusing.

Try adding the follow css to your themes style.css file:

    .tpp-add {display: none;}

    If that doesn’t work, try:

    .tpp-add {display: none !important;}

I will add this ticket to our report so you are notified as soon as we have a permanant fix.

    Thanks for your patience.

    Hi there,

My bad. Yes, the calendar is completely responsive.

You can view our demo site to see it in action.

    Thanks,
    Brendan
