    Hi Allan,

Thanks for emailing support. Yes, it’s the same price to renew.

We run a number of sales and promotions on new products and sometimes renewals throughout the year and you can find the latest and greatest offers listed on our Deals, Coupons & Discounts! page.

If nothing there fits exactly what you’re looking for, I’d suggest either subscribing to our email newsletter or following us on Twitter because we also make those announcements there.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. With the free version, it’s limited. Our pro version does give more search functionality. You can see a demo here: https://wpshindig.com/events/

    Thanks,
    Brendan

Hey there and thanks for getting in touch!

We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.

If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our WordPress.org support forum.

Or, if you already have an active license for one of the premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?

    Thanks so much!

    Brendan

    Hi there,

All of our translations are provided by the community and the German translation is typically 100% complete.

A great overview of translations in the context of our plugins can be found in the following knowledgebase article:

    theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/translating-the-events-calendar

Let me know if you need further help or guidance ?

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. Yes, we can modify the bundle. In order to do this, you first would need to purchase the bundle then submit a support ticket in your account requesting we switch out the unwanted license for the desired one.

We do have a Nonprofit Partnership Program that offers free (unsupported) licenses for either Events Calendar Pro or Event Tickets Plus to approved organizations.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are experiencing this. Its a known issue for some (not all users)

We plan to solve this in the future via a free extension, which users can optionally install (not everyone is impacted by this problem and, after review, it was decided that it did not make sense to make the required changes from within our core plugins).

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Thanks for the info.

I tried to find an event on your site to look at this that has a ticket attached but I am not seeing one. Can you send me the URL of the event with the ticket option?

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Not that I am aware of but we do have a uservoice page where you can suggest it. Basically, if its possible and gets a lot of votes, we will be able to devote development resources to it.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

I just a coupon in Woocommerce. So when you have woocommerce installed on your site you go to Woocommerce > Coupons > Add Coupon. Then you can name the coupon and set the details how 100% off along with how many times and for what product(s) the coupon can be used with.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. That’s strange. When you go to Events > Settings > Tickets. Are any of the boxes checked under the Login requirements section?

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. We do not have anything like this with our plugin, however you can export the attendee emails into a csv file and import them into an email system like Mailchimp.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. With Event Tickets Plus and Woocommerce you can create a promo code to hand out to select individuals.

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. We are not aware of another one. With updates comes new naming conventions and any 3rd party plugin needs to make subsequent updates if they are hooking into our plugin. I would reach out to their support and see if they have an update coming soon.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. Looks like a conflict. Can you try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

    Thanks,
    Brendan
