KeymasterHi there,
Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
There event tickets are actually a woocommerce product so it uses the same functionality as woocommerce.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
With events tickets plus you can have an RSVP option on your events.
Hope that helps.

KeymasterHi there,
Correct, if you want future updates you must pay the fee each year for each plugin.

KeymasterHi there,
It is possible to make a member only calendar and we do have a knowledgebase article that covers this once you buy the plugin.

There is a default form and you can add custom fields to it to get more information.

KeymasterHi there,
Our products hook up to woocommerce so stripe is an option.

KeymasterHi there,
Since each event is a ticket or product per se you would not be able to change the info for that on a per ticket basis.
Hope that helps.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in ourEvents Calendar PRO forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Rafael,
Thanks for email support. Our plugins are fully integrated into WordPress. In regards to accepting payments you would need the Events Tickets Plus and as long as Klarna works with Woocommerce, it will work with us since ticket sales go through woocommerce.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Jonathan,
Yes, in the pro version it has this feature.
Hope that helps.

KeymasterHi Jan,
Thanks for reaching out. There should be a check box on the right. Its right above the “Place Order” button as seen here:

Let me know if that works.

KeymasterThanks for email support and sorry you are having issues. Sounds like there is a conflict. To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Let me know what you find.
Thanks,
