ParticipantHowdy Myke,
You definitely pasted it in a good spot. I would suspect it is a caching issue. There are sometimes a number of caches that need clearing. Your web browser’s cache, the server cache, a WP Caching plugin’s cache, sometimes a CDN cache. You might first try clearing your browser cache. And it that doesn’t work check with flywheel to see what kind of other caches they might have in place.
Does that make sense and sound like a good plan?

ParticipantHowdy Sjallen,
We just released 4.0.1 which should address this. Please let us know if after updating the issue persists for some reason.
Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy Steve,
You’re welcome!
We actually only show one account for you. I was only able to find a single account for someone with your last name — yours. If you do have another account on this website, do you know the email address where you are getting the notification? If it is the email address you logged in with here, then the renewal notice is for this account.
Can I be of further help there?

ParticipantI forgot to link to ourĀ Themer’s Guide. That walks you through creating theme overrides. I see you have been a customer for a while so you might very well be familiar with it already, but just in case. š

ParticipantAhh, thank you for clarifying.
That should be very doable. You could create a theme override forĀ public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/wootickets/tickets.php and alter line 54 which shows how many tickets are available:
echo sprintf( esc_html__( '%1$s out of %2$s available', 'event-tickets-plus' ), esc_html( $remaining ), esc_html( $ticket->original_stock() ) );You could just remove that line, or perhaps change it to say something like “Tickets are available”.
Does that all make sense? Will that work for you? Please let me know.
Cheers!

ParticipantI am happy to help, Ryan. Hmm, I can’t login with that password though. Says invalid password.
Note, if you prefer you can check the box “Private reply” to hide your password from the pubic. I realized this password shouldn’t give access to your WP Admin, but just in case you prefer to keep it private then Private Reply is the way to go. Do you mind sharing a working password?
Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy Guys,
I am very sorry this is giving y’all trouble. That is indeed a bug with 4.0, one we are working to release an update for. Until then you can continue to modify the menu by using the WP CustomizerĀ for making changes to the menu.
Please let me know if you have any questions in the mean time while we work on a fix. Cheers!

ParticipantOh no! You don’t need to purchase anything else. WooCommerce should be sufficient. When you install it it adds a few pages, these can be found in WP Admin > Pages. You might checkout Woo’s Getting Started guide, it helps you with the first setup and config,Ā it is a very informative step-by-step.
That get you where you need to be?
Cheers!

ParticipantThank you for sharing the info!
It seems very likely that a PHP error is being generated on the events page. Could you try doing a conflict test to narrow down what is causing the error? This guideĀ walks you through how to test for a conflict,Ā and thenĀ identify what is conflicting.
For legal reasons I can’t make any changes to your website. So I can’t run the above diagnostic test. But if you do not mind giving it a whirl, what’s the result?
Cheers!

ParticipantOh my mistake. I forgot that this would affect Pro as well regardless of whether you are running APM.
We will definitely be fixing this as soon as we can. Thanks for the reports everyone.
Annie, I will definitely leave this open until you tell me it’s taken care of. Our threads do autoclose after two weeks, to be honest I have no way to stop that. But it sounds like 2 weeks should be plenty. If not, feel free to open a new topic and continue the discussion. š

ParticipantAbsolutely!Ā And you are very welcome, happy you could work with us here.

ParticipantHowdy Amy!
I see we have been discussing back and forth with you via email now. Thanks for reaching out there.
Since your refund is now processed you actually can’t respond to this thread now, nor can Steve. I am going to archiveĀ Ā this in that case. Best of luck to both of you!

ParticipantThank you for getting back. We were able to find a bug that was causing this, and a fix is currently being tested. We will be releasing an update within the next few days that should address this.
Please let me know if you have any questions in the mean time. Cheers!

ParticipantSo a developer and I just had a confab about this and decided to log it as a bug. We have still not been able to reproduce the exact problem, but can see how a bug could be cropping up and what we could do to fix it. Thank you for reporting this Terri, and helping us narrow it down.
In the mean time you might need to just ignore the error logs, or perhaps use a WP Cron tool to prevent this task from running every night and generating those errors. Hopefully one of these options will work for now while we craft a fix.
Thanks again! Definitely hit me up with any questions you may have.

Brook
ParticipantWill do! You are welcome Kirstin!
