    Hi,
    I bought community events and community tickets yesterday, and spent the last 10 hours hour so trying to get them to fit in with my business plan. It seems that i’m going to have to go with a Multisite solution instead, so can I therefore have a refund for my order – 1024299

    Howdy Steve,

    We can definitely get you a refund if that’s what you need. We process all refunds via email to maintain privacy. If you would not mind sending an email to support @ this website with your order number we can go from there.

    However, you say you need a multisite solution. Does that mean you want a multisite license? You can upgrade from your current license to a multisite by logging in here, and going to My Account > Licenses and clicking upgrade next to your license. Would that work better? It should be easier and still be the same cost.

    I have also sent an email requesting a refund because one of the products is not meeting my needs. I have sent a 2nd email today.
