MemberI do not have a timetable for the next release, but it could be as late as March for the release.
There maybe a snippet before hand, but we are still unsure of what is causing it.
You would have to remove all of the WooCommerce shortcodes to fix this.
However, if you disable the Month View(grid) and just use the list view it is not a problem in that view.
I know those are less then ideal option. I have already added this ticket to our bug ticket so we can notify you once we have a solution.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having with the Community Events Form.
When I visit that page I get two login forms one in the content area and one in the footer.
At first glance I think it is a theme conflict.
Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide and see if that narrows down the issue:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I took a look at your site and saw the login form. However, I just checked again this morning.
And I can see the form now without having to login. I noticed you are using W3 Total Cache so maybe that cached the page still?
You may have to tweak the settings in W3 to make sure the Community Events Forms are working on the front end correctly.
Let me know if you are seeing the form now.
Hello nagroup,
The anonymous submissions are a feature of the Community Events and not a feature of Pro.
The anonymous settings are found in this section of your admin area:
Events > Settings > Community
Then check the box for Allow anonymous submissions and save.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having with the Month View.
I took a look at your site and think I found the conflict.
When placing a WooCommerce Shortcode in the the Event Content Editor is causes this issue in the Month View Only.
We are working on a solution for the next release, but do not have anything to resolve this right now unfortunately.
When you remove the shortcode does it resolve it for you?
Let me know.
Thanks
December 12, 2014 at 5:16 am in reply to: How Can I add Time zone while adding Event to the Event Calender Pro #916216Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins I can answer your questions. We do not have a feature to have different timezones. We use the timezone that WordPress is set to in the Settings Page. There maybe a way to modify everything to put timezones in but that is beyond the support we can provide for customizations.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberThanks for removing those pages.
Unfortunately, we do not have a shortcode so that is not a solution.
Change Events Slug
One solution maybe to change the events slugGo to your site admin then to
Events > Settings > General Tab
Then change this field to something else:
Events URL slug
Save that, then resave your permalinks and visit your site with that new slug on the end and see if that resolves it.
If that does not work please follow the below steps
Testing for Conflcits
I think you need to follow our testing for conflicts guide. I still believe that it is an issue with having two different events plugins, but you could be correct that is not the issue. This guide will find out if that is the issue or the issue is with your theme or another plugin.https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
Unfortunately, no other users are reporting this issue so it is something unique on your site and that guide will help us find that out.
I am not able to do this test with the account you gave us. Nor can we do all these tests on your site per our terms of service that is still your responsibility.
This is a critical step in finding and solving this problem so please let me know what you find out.

MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having with the Filter Bar in Mobile View.
I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I took a look at your site and was able to open and close the filter on my iPhone in Chrome.
The button to close the Filter is called Collapse Filters and it is under the different filters not at the top. Do you not see that on your phone?
Let me know and we can go from there to troubleshoot this.
Thanks

MemberHi,
I can help you out here.
For nonprofits in the free program they can email us to get updated files at pro(at)tri.be.
We do not offer automatic updates for the nonprofit program.
We have an explanation of the entire program here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/faqs/do-you-offer-discounts-for-non-profit-organizations/
Let me know if that answers your question.
Thanks
Brian
MemberThat is an interesting idea for that box. I could see it being possible with some customization, but we do not have that as a feature.
Brian
MemberSorry for the issues you are having.
I looked again and you have a page called Eventi that can be the cause of it.
Having two event plugins is could be the cause of this as well we are unable to resolve it with both there.
Downgrade
You can download 3.8 core here:https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/
Then you can go to your account on Tri.be then to
Account Central > Downloads and you can get 3.8 from the dropdown there for Pro.
You will have to deactivate and delete the current Events Calendar Plugins and then upload the zip files to down grade.

MemberSounds good. Thanks for making that suggestion. It is something I would like to see us work on as well.
I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks
Brian
MemberGreat, glad it helps, I am going to go ahead and close this ticket, but if you need help on this or something else please post a new ticket.
Thanks!
Brian
MemberYour Welcome.
No worries, you could try removing this css:
.tribe-events-adv-list-widget {
list-style:none;
background-color: #fff;
opacity:0.8;
filter:alpha(opacity=80);
height: 400px;
/* padding: 10px; */
}And see if that works for you.
That might get you closer.
Brian
MemberUnfortunately, there is not much else we can offer for support on a Windows Server to resolve this immediately.
Is it possible you can move your site to a Linux Server?
If not you can email us with your receipt number to pro(at)tribe and we can offer a refund.
Let me know what you would like to do.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help answer your question.
We do not have a feature to set a default Category. You could follow our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/
And move the category file for the Community Events into your theme and remove the coding in it there so it cannot be used.
Or do some more modifications yourself there to use a certain category.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
