Updated Pro-Version to Non Profits in program?

Hello – I directed several nonprofits to the free nonprofits program where a zip file with all the updated files is sent when a new version is release. Several groups are freaking out that a new version has been released and after updating the core calendar (not the pro), WP is telling them to update the Pro calendar, but no new file has been sent. What’s up? What should I tell them?

I can help you out here.

For nonprofits in the free program they can email us to get updated files at pro(at)tri.be.

We do not offer automatic updates for the nonprofit program.
