MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
So when you try to upgrade your license it is saying the price is $50.00?
You are correct, it should take into account the Personal License.
Can you verify you went to:
My Account > Licenses and clicked Upgrade to Business there for the License?
Can you clear your cart first and then try again and see if it gives the correct number now?
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugin. I can help give you some information on this.
You would like to replace the link to the event custom post type with the link for the Event URL, correct?
Try this function instead to do that:
tribe_get_event_website_link()
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this.
You are using the “Events Calendar” Widget, correct?
In the admin does that widget show up in the widget area? Is is possible to add a new one?
I am seeing the section with a widget on your Home Page Called Upcoming Events, is that the area that is not working for you?
It looks like it is not loading new events when you click on a date.
Also, do you have any customization in your theme for the widget.
Let me know and we can go from there to resolve this.
Thanks

MemberHello Again.
Sorry for the issues you are having with WPML and the Events Calendar.
Unfortunately, our plugins are not compatible with each other right now. We have on our agenda for the new year to make our plugin compatible with WPML, but it requires a rather significant change to our coding to get it to work.
Because of the level of changes we have to make there is no snippet to resolve this in the mean time.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberLooks like your site is cached with W3 and the cache is before your posts this morning so the change might not be showing.
Can you please try clearing the cache of your site with the snippet in place and see if that helps.
The snippet is the same method that the update will have so I believe we should try to get it to work.
Main Event View
As for editing the Event View.If changing to the Default Page Template from this setting:
Events > Settings > Display Tab > Events template
Does not enable you to have a sidebar from your theme.
Then the other option is to follow our Themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/That will show you how to move and edit the templates to make this happen in your theme.
We can help answer questions about this, but for the most part theme compatibility and customization is beyond the support we can provide.
Let me know about the caching and we can go from there.
Thanks

MemberLook slike we are having some issues with the forum.
However, if you add this snippet to your theme’s function.php
https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/9ac665ddcdef95c8a2e5
It will fix the styling of the list widget.
We are working on a release to fix this and hope to get that out ASAP, but this will fix it in the mean time.
Let us know if this works for you.
Thanks

December 18, 2014 at 8:55 am in reply to: ticketing plugin working with events calendar import function? #922543Brian
MemberHi,
Your Welcome. You can use WooCommerce and not charge people. We do not modify the the payment process.
I think you could do a cash on deliver payment method so the tickets still have a price, but it does not charge people.
The ticket is a virtual product as far as WooCommerce is concerned and it still handles the entire checkout process.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
We introduced a new look and created an issue with the stylesheet not loading.
Please add the following snippet to your theme’s function.php to fix the styling:
https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/9ac665ddcdef95c8a2e5
Let me know if that works for you. If after seeing the new look you do not want to show the date I can provide some css to hide it.
Thanks
Brian
MemberGreat!
Closing out this ticket, but if you have any other issues related to this or something new, please create a new one.
Thanks
December 18, 2014 at 8:22 am in reply to: How can I display reoccurring events in the calendar? #922527Brian
MemberJosh going to chime in real quick.
Yes Sebastian, you are correct. You cannot turn an existing event into a recurring event. It has to be done before it is published for the first time.
Thanks for Purchasing Pro!

MemberHello Dougal,
Sorry for the issues there. We have fixed the issue and waiting for the caching to delete.
That is the correct link and should be working soon.
Let me know if later today you are unable to access it.
Thanks
