MemberHello,
Sorry for the troubles you are having with the Mini Calendar and Sizing.
I actually have a thread where I helped someone out with css to fix in Divi Theme
Check out these topics here:
The css in there should be able to help you out as well.
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for Purchasing the Events Calendar Pro I can help you out here.
This Guide shows you how to Download from the website here and then Upload the Plugin and Activate it in your site:
That gets Pro working.
I would then review the New User Primer for Pro to see how to use all the features:
New User Primer: The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro
Let me know if you run into any errors.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for purchasing Pro, sorry for the issues you are having with your Theme.
We do not have an official list of themes to provide you, but I have some information about themes that might help.
On themeforest there is a list of themes compatible with the Events Calendar
http://themeforest.net/attributes/compatible-with/Events%20Calendar
I would recommend looking through the comments first before purchasing just to make sure they are up to date and do not have reported conflicts.
We test the plugins on all WordPress themes from Twenty Twelve on Up, so those are an Option.
I personally use Genesis and have some snippets I use to help make the site more compatible with the plugin.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in WooCommerce Tickets. I can help answer your questions.
It is possible to filter the attendees list. Without getting into to much detail this thread has a lot of information on doing just that:
Filter Attendees Table & Adding Attendee Information to Each Ticket
So it does take a bit of customization and we try to answer questions about projects such as this for the most part you are on your own.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOh no sorry for the issues you are having.
You are talking about the admin area of the site correct?
Not sure what is causing the conflict, you said you disabled all the plugins did you try changing themes and see if that solves the issue.
Is it possible you can provide a screenshot of what is happening too?
Let me know and we can go from there to resolve this.
Thanks
Brian

MemberGlad to see it is working. Actually I did not make any changes so maybe reverting back and then updating fixed it.
I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks

MemberTook a quick look.
Looks like you are using Version 2.0.11 of the Events Calendar Pro and the Events Calendar itself is 3.9.
Those Plugins should be the same version number.
Please backup your site first then Update the Events Calendar Pro. You can do an automatic Update from WordPress or down the latest from your account here.
Once you have updated pleased check again and see if that resolves the issue.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. Can help troubleshoot this with you.
It looks like there is some css in your theme:
.content {
margin-top: -100px;
}That is causing the Events to be pulled up under the header. Not sure why that is there as I tested on other pages and removing it did not change anything.
You could try removing that and testing your site and see if that helps.
Another option is to change the Event Template, go to your admin and visit:
Events > Settings > Display Tab > Events Template
Then change the setting to Default Page Template, save and see if that helps.
Let me know how that works out and we can go from there.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk since there is nothing more we can do here I am closing out this ticket.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using The Events Calendar Pro, sorry for the issues with the Mini Calendar.
I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I looked at the source code on your site and it is not quite right for the Calendar.
I did not get any Javascript errors in my console and it is loading the correct file.
So to start this off can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
That will help narrow down where the issue is and we can go from there.
Let me know what you find out thanks.

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I took a look at your site and see the same error in Firefox as well.
Looks like a javascript error is showing in my console.
Do you have any debug settings turned on your site?
If you do can you please turn them off and see if that helps.
Testing for Conflicts
Also if that does not work can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
That will help find out if there is a conflict causing the issue.
Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
Thanks

MemberHello Joerg,
This forum is for Pre Sales questions only and not for customization help.
We can provide some help to Pro customers on customizations, but for the most part you are on your own when changing the look of the templates.
You can check out our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
That will show you how to move and edit templates and that is about as much we can help on this.
Thanks
