    Hi,
    We updated to the new events calendar version 3.9 and now our events calendar widget has no filter options. We were using the widget to display a calendar and the corresponding event info on the homepage. Please help. The only reason we bought the Pro Plugin was for this widget and now it is not working. We are running WP 4.1

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this.

    You are using the “Events Calendar” Widget, correct?

    In the admin does that widget show up in the widget area? Is is possible to add a new one?

    I am seeing the section with a widget on your Home Page Called Upcoming Events, is that the area that is not working for you?

    It looks like it is not loading new events when you click on a date.

    Also, do you have any customization in your theme for the widget.

    Let me know and we can go from there to resolve this.

    Took a quick look.

    Looks like you are using Version 2.0.11 of the Events Calendar Pro and the Events Calendar itself is 3.9.

    Those Plugins should be the same version number.

    Please backup your site first then Update the Events Calendar Pro. You can do an automatic Update from WordPress or down the latest from your account here.

    Once you have updated pleased check again and see if that resolves the issue.

    Thank you. I reverted to an older version on purpose though. I did not see you working on the site till I was already making additional changes. The site is now fixed.

    Glad to see it is working. Actually I did not make any changes so maybe reverting back and then updating fixed it.
