    hi there,

i have a question. i import events via the import function of the events calendar. and every event has a price and i know i can import it but how does it work with the whoocommerce ticket plugin? because i have later then internal and external prices for members and none members .. will i be able to add these two priced to the csv file and the ticketplugin can handle this or will realise it that a event with two prices has been imported.

or do i have to edit the ticket options manually for every event after i have imported hundreds of events?

    best regards,
    joerg

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. When importing A Facebook Event it does not have the feature to automatically create event tickets. So the only way to add tickets is to manually edit each event. Importing by CSV is the same way, it does not support creating tickets based on prices, they will still have to be manually created.

I’d recommend looking at these two New User Primers for exactly what the plugins do:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-facebook-events/

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-woocommerce-tickets/

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

Ok, thank you for your helpfull answere. Last question.. as our customers to not pay directly through our website… is whoocommerce able handle bookings without payment?
I mean.. a customer books a course/event online on our website and we will then contact and send the costumer the bill seperately via mail or fax etc.

or should i use better one of the other plugins for this?

    Cheers

    Hi,

Your Welcome. You can use WooCommerce and not charge people. We do not modify the the payment process.

I think you could do a cash on deliver payment method so the tickets still have a price, but it does not charge people.

The ticket is a virtual product as far as WooCommerce is concerned and it still handles the entire checkout process.

    Thanks
