    Hi,
    I have a personal licence for Facebook Events until Aug 15th, 2015, but I would like to upgrade to business now. I went to my account licence keys page and when I click on business link the cart shows me the price of 50 usd. Isn’t it any discount, as long as I’ve already paid 30 usd for my personal licence?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having.

    So when you try to upgrade your license it is saying the price is $50.00?

    You are correct, it should take into account the Personal License.

    Can you verify you went to:

    My Account > Licenses and clicked Upgrade to Business there for the License?

    Can you clear your cart first and then try again and see if it gives the correct number now?
