Unfortunately, we do not have a guide or coding to enable only a specific role for the community events.

You could follow the themer’s guide and add a wrap around the coding for the community events form as mentioned above.

That is about all we can do to help on this and unable to provide a step by step guide for customizations.

    Thanks

How strange, not sure what is going on here.

When you go to the display tab on the sub sites can you see the various Pro views to turn on?

As for the domains, not sure why different ones are appearing. You can always disconnect them from your Account here if one is there that should not be.

    Let me know.

    Thanks

We prioritize the top features in user voice, but some features may take longer then others.

I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having.

I can help troubleshoot this with you.

What time do you have set for the date?

Is it set to 12:00 or is it 12 with no zeros?

Can you please try changing that to a number say 12:05 reselect the date and then save and see if that helps.

Let me know what you find out.

    Thanks

    Hi Andy,

Sorry for the issues. We have some report issues last week, but it turned out a required field was not being added.

I tested that in Chrome myself as well and it worked for me and we have had two entries today already so it could be an isolated issue that we have to fix.

What error message are you getting?

Are your files under 2mb? That is the limit.

Let me know and we can see if we have to fix an issue.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for purchasing Pro. I can try to help out, but we are limited in helping on customizations.

I would like the ability to create the event then link to the current WP post already created rather.

There is no feature to do this in the Calendar. It could be possible to add links into the Events Content area to the post.

If you are looking to style the events calendar closer to your theme it is all css so you could add new ones to your theme to get it how you would like.

I am not sure I have anything else for you, but if you have any questions please let us know.

    Thanks

    Hi,

That sounds like an interesting project.

Unfortunately, those specific features are not apart of any of our plugins and would require a rather large customization to add them, which we would not be able to help with beside answering a question or two.

I would look at WooCommerce Bookings as something that might get you closer to what you are looking for.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

Thanks for the interest in Community Events.

If you purchase both Pro and Community you can use the additional fields without any other coding.

It is possible to add it on your own, but we do not have anything to give to show you how to do that nor can we provide much support on setting that up.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having.

I also, use Genesis and have not run into this issue before.

I took a look at your site and it looks related to the widget area in the header.

What Widgets do you have there and does removing them help fix the issue?

Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues.

I looked up your account and have two both registered to this website:

    lfcc.edu

When you view your license keys on your account here do you see that same?

In your account are you able to discount both licenses and try again. Perhaps having two in there is the issue.

Let me know and we can go from there.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having.

I can help troubleshoot this with you.

Looks like all three issues are related to a javasscript error.

I went to your site and get this error:

    ReferenceError: $contact is not defined
    http://auerora.it/veranstaltungen/monat/
    Line 1119

Looks like it is coming from this function:

    $(document).on('click', function(e) {
    if (e.srcElement === $contact[0]) return;
    $preis.find('.jemandem-freude-button').trigger('click');
    });

Fixing that may solve all these problems.

Let me know what you find out.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Sorry for the issues, I can help troubleshoot this with you.

I took a look at your site and getting this javascript error:

    TypeError: $.browser is undefined
    http://bilbaofree.net/wp-content/themes/mesocolumn/lib/scripts/superfish-menu/js/superfish.js?ver=1.6.3
    Line 64

The .browser call has been removed in jquery 1.9 and you have 1.10.1 running on your site.

So if you can fix that code in your theme that should solve the issue.

    Thanks

in reply to: Class registration options #934714

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in WooCommerce tickets. I have tried to answer your questions below.

Here is a demo of the ticking plugin and goes through the entire process with all the information collected:

    http://wpshindig.com/event/the-events-calendar-wootickets-wordpress-demo/

    1. want class registration (basically event registration, but I’d prefer some customizations since most event plugins are oriented around buying “tickets” and have end times listed which I ideally don’t want required).

Our ticking solutions are based around creating tickets and not registration so it is limited in the information collected. So if one person buys 4 tickets, the tickets are assigned to just that person.

    2. want the ability to take deposits, and let people pay the remainder.

We do not modify the WooCommerce Checkout Process, however, it is unclear if the deposit features will work with the tickets.

    3. want to be able to list different categories of events/classes on different web pages.

Pro has the list widget that enables you to show different events based on categories.

4.want to be able to show description of class, or controlled length of excertp, in the listing (not just photo and title).

You could follow our themer’s guide to get more information from the events on there:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

    5. want to be able to have “add to cart” button rather than just register, so people can choose more than one course before they pay/register.
Ideal scenario would be to have both an add to cart button as well as a view details button for each listing as well as add to cart on the event detail page.

You can purchase multiple tickets from different events by going to different single events pages.

If I purchase Wootickets will I be able to use woocommerce shortcodes to display categories on different pages?

The Products the Ticketing plugin creates are hidden from the shop page and do not include a category. You would have to edit each Ticket product to show them and add the category. Tickets are only created within the single event edit page of the admin.

Does the wooticket plugin essentially turn the event into a product, with the same options as products, or is that a separate thing from the event list entirely?

It creates a ticket product which is embeded in the event where the ticket was created per the demo.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks
