Hello,
I have just purchased the pro version of your plugin as it looks amazingly like it does everything I want. I am working on a multisite http:bpfd.definemedia.co.uk/ which will have a number of sub-sites eg. http://zambia.bpfd.definemedia.co.uk/ – the first website to be launched will be the zambia site, the top level site may not need the events calendar as it will be a simple display page for blogs from different country level sites. I have installed both the free plugin, and the pro ( 1 license ) – have activated it across the network and it appears to be showing on both sites just fine. Only problem is the pro functionality is available on the top level site, and not the country level site I am working on. Is this because I need to purchase a license for more sites ? Many thanks in advance for your help.
January 16, 2015 at 7:56 am #933711BrianKeymasterHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
For multisite we have only one place to add the license either in the Network Settings if Network Activated or on the main site if individually activated. So adding another license will not help.
So on the country level site Recurring Events is not showing in the Event editor or the Additional Fields is not showing in the settings for the Country Site?
Can you verify you network activated both plugins? And does individually activating Pro fix the issue?
Let me know and we can go from there.
Thanks

Strangely the only thing that isn’t showing is the drop down list that allows you to select various views in the calendar – this made me think it wasn’t working.

I have moved it all over to the new live server ( same host ) and everything seems to be working ok now.

Would be curious to know it this is something you have come across before – but as far as continuing on with development, all is just fine.
Many thanks, Maria

My understanding was if I added to the main domain http://partnershipsfordevelopment.net, and network activated it – it would be available on all sites but only show as being licensed to the main domain. I was only expecting to see the top level domain appear under my license listing as I haven’t directly added it to http://zambia.partnershipsfordevelopment.net

January 19, 2015 at 5:51 pm #934966BrianKeymasterHow strange, not sure what is going on here.
When you go to the display tab on the sub sites can you see the various Pro views to turn on?
As for the domains, not sure why different ones are appearing. You can always disconnect them from your Account here if one is there that should not be.
Let me know.
Thanks

With regards to the domains, I will disconnect them at my Account level.
Its a fab plugin to use, great work.
