    Hi,

    I have tried signing up to your NPPP, but when I try to submit our charity registration document – the process fails (I assume uploading the document). I have tried this on both Chrome portable and IE11.

    Any support would be greatly appreciated as this looks like a fantastic programme for organisations to use you excellent solutions, consolidating those that we currently use.

    Hi Andy,

    Sorry for the issues. We have some report issues last week, but it turned out a required field was not being added.

    I tested that in Chrome myself as well and it worked for me and we have had two entries today already so it could be an isolated issue that we have to fix.

    What error message are you getting?

    Are your files under 2mb? That is the limit.

    Let me know and we can see if we have to fix an issue.

    That makes sense, the PDF is probably above 2mb. The highlighted field for the error was the upload box. When I am back in the office I will check, not sure I can reduce the size though.
