ParticipantHello,
I updated “The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets” to 3.9 version but when I saved ticket in my event the event date is still overriding to “1970-01-01”.
Any suggestion ?
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
I can help troubleshoot this with you.
What time do you have set for the date?
Is it set to 12:00 or is it 12 with no zeros?
Can you please try changing that to a number say 12:05 reselect the date and then save and see if that helps.
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks

ParticipantYes it was 12:00.
I tried with 2015-01-01 @ 12:05 AM and 2015-01-01 @ 08:00 AM and it’s working.
The problem seems to be “12:00” …
You know where it may come ?

MemberThere was a bug where saving as 12:00 would delete the 00 and the resave caused the issue you are having. We addressed that bug in a previous release, so not if it is the same thing or something different for you.
Do you think it is related to this issue another customer had:
Let me know.
Thanks

ParticipantYes it’s related to this issue.
I changed the date and hour format and now I can save ticket without bug.
Thanks

MemberOk can you let me know what you date and hour format were before you changed them.
I am trying to reproduce the error without success so I can create a bug report.
Thanks

MemberHi there,
Thanks again for your post. We wanted to get in touch and let you know that although we weren’t able to address this issue in our upcoming 3.10 release, it is still very much a priority. We have a ticket in our system and will be investigating a solution to be released in a future version. Thank you for your patience and support while we work on this!
Cheers,
