I Have a problem with the wooticket plug in : when a creat a ticket and I save the ticket it can’t work because the end date automatically change to 1970 when I save. if I rechange the date manualy after it s ok but I can give that to the client .

Sorry for the issues with the ticket end date.
When saving the date and when it reverts to 1970 is the time field blank?
When you create a new ticket what is the default end time?
If that time field is blank that is what causes the issue, it was fixed in a previous version, so maybe something else is causing the conflict.
Let me know and we can go from there.

Participantthe default end and start time is blank when I don’ t chose the date (at creation ticket) but after I chose is not blank it s the right date but when I save it s change to 01-01-1970

MemberThanks for providing the screenshots, I see the issue now.
Since you are using the 24 hour clock not sure what the AM or PM is showing that could be the issue.
What is your time settings in WordPress?
They are found on this page or your admin:
Settings > General > Time Format
Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.

I will look into that to see if we can prevent the AM and PM from showing with the 24 hour clock, thanks for the information.

Thanks again for your post. We wanted to get in touch and let you know that although we weren’t able to address this issue in our upcoming 3.10 release, it is still very much a priority.
