License Key Out of Installs – Just Purchased License in December 2014

Hi. I am running The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar Pro on my employer’s website (LFCC.edu). This morning, I went to updated the plugin and saw this message:

Sorry, this key is out of installs.

However I just purchased my license for the plugin on Dec. 26, 2015. I tried deleting the license key and re-inputting it, but the same error occurs.

Sorry for the issues.

I looked up your account and have two both registered to this website:

lfcc.edu

When you view your license keys on your account here do you see that same?

In your account are you able to discount both licenses and try again. Perhaps having two in there is the issue.

Let me know and we can go from there.

Hi. I have two licenses as we use them on two different sites on the same server:

http://www.lfcc.edu/

http://www.lfcc.edu/focus

Both are different WordPress installations on the same domain. One is for our main College site and the other is for our student newsletter site. I disconnected both licenses and reconnected again and it appears to be okay for now.
