February 13, 2015 at 7:58 am in reply to: Filter Bar License Key Error – Sorry, key validation server is not available #942318
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having with the license.
We did change sites and some customers have reported this issue, but it has always been short term.
Can you verify the server the website is on has access outside your internal network to the internet?
The license key is needed for automatic updates only, so the plugin will function without being validated.
Let me know and we can look into this further.
Thanks
Brian
MemberWe do not have any coding to provide and I am not sure what each person did.
I have tested this plugin and got it to work for me to limit only ticket products as they all have the same product category:
WooCommerce Advanced Product Quantities:
That was also by event so I could buy 1 ticket per event per order based on my rules. It also mentions it has a per product override as well.
I did not test this with WooCommerce 2.3 I was using 2.2.11 and not sure if it will work with 2.3 yet.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks

MemberOk so the Map view is not working?
If I visit the site now I can see the Map View is active, the default view, and working for me:
http://firstreformeducc.org/events/
Is that not what you see?
Brian
MemberOh how strange. They should be appearing with check boxes to select them.
Can you list a couple of the Event Categories you have from this page in your site’s admin:
Events > Event Categories
Thanks

February 13, 2015 at 4:57 am in reply to: Set Ticket To Visible By Default (w/o hacking class-wootickets.php)? #942266Brian
MemberHi,
I can answer your question here.
That is still the default setting to make tickets hidden by default.
Unfortunately, there is no feature within the plugin to change that without modifying the coding.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues.
The Calendar is located at this url:
http://thesevenfoldstudio.com/WhiteBarn/events/
It is possible to change it to the url with calendar.
First delete and empty the trash for the Calendar Page.
Then go to the Events > Settings > General Tab
And change the events slug to calendar.
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks
February 13, 2015 at 4:52 am in reply to: Cart empty when adding event to cart (occured after upgrade to WooCommerce2.3.x) #942264Brian
MemberHi sorry for the issue you are having.
Does upgrading to the update we released yesterday for WooCommerce Tickets help the issue?
Before upgrading please remove the coding from the other thread that is in your function.php file.
Armin, your issue sounds similar, but a little different. We can better help you one on one if the update does not fix the issue by having you please post your own thread so we can give you our full attention.
Thanks
Brian
MemberGreat, glad it helps, I am going to go ahead and close this ticket, but if you need help on this or something else please post a new ticket.
Thanks!
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry I was not clear.
What is the link to the venue that you can see, but not other users?
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in the Eventbrite Plugin.
It does not have a feature to automatically import events, they can only be manually done.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.
Brian
MemberHi,
Glad you like our plugin, however, it is only for WordPress.
Good luck on your project.

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in Facebook Events.
I can answer your question. It is possible that you may not be able to import events from your Facebook Page, however, you can check the restrictions on your page first to see.
If you look at the section in this article:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/facebook-api-errors/
Titled: “Unsupported get request” it has some steps to look for and change the restrictions on a page.
Although Facebook may not allow it and unfortunately, we do not have way to get events from a restricted page as the API does not allow it.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberIt is possible Facebook added the restriction to the page based on the content or when setting it up they did not realize what the setting did and selected it as it is alcohol related.
Unfortunately, There is no way around getting events from a page with restrictions, that is part of Facebook’s API.
Brian
MemberOk glad one issue is resolved in the admin.
Can you verfiy you have no post or page called event.
Also, if you change the event slug in the Events > Settings > General Tab
And then resave permalinks does that fix the issue?
Let me know.
Thanks
