MemberYep I can confirm it works for both logged in users and non-logged in users with WooCommerce Tickets 3.9.1 and WooCommerce 2.3.3.

MemberHi Carolyn,
You put those snippets in your child theme’s function.php.
And tablelandsregionalcouncil there is not direct conflicts I have seen, it is more setting differences.
The biggest issue is getting sidebars to show on certain pages and if in Genesis you have the Archive content setting set to show on excerpts or a content limit the main event views do not show as they are an archive page. Two of the above snippets address those issues.
If you and anyone else runs into an issue please post in the forum I am try to collect all the issues and snippets to write an updated guide.
Thanks
Brian

MemberThanks for the link I took a look and did not see any console errors so that is not the issue.
So if you disable WooCommerce, the map comes back? When it is active it does not work with your theme?
What happens if WooCommerce is active and you try another theme?
There maybe a php error causing this can you please follow the section of the WordPress Codex Debug titled “Example wp-config.php for Debugging” on this page:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
Please add that coding to your wp-config.php file.
Then visit the single events page with WooCommerce and your Theme active and after that check the error log and let me know if anything is there.
Then we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberI check outed the file and it imported for me. I did not see Ongoing in the Day View for any of events.
I did notice one thing, when an event ends at midnight, the time 00:00 is correct, but it should be on the next day for the date as that is considered the start of a new day and not the end.
So an event starting 2/2/15 and going from 9pm to Midnight should have these values:
Start Date:: 2/2/15
Start Time: 07:00PM
End Date: 2/3/15
End Time: 00:00That fixed one issue for me.
It looks like the Day View has been customized, can you see if you have any templates in your theme in the tribe-events directory and see if removing them fixes the issue?
Let me know.
Thanks

MemberYou cannot edit the wp-config.php file from WordPress as it is the central file that initializes everything.
It can be done through ftp or using your hostings cPanel or equivalent to use the file manager to download, edit and then upload the file.
The wp-config.php is in the root of your site, this articles goes into detail about the file.
http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php
If possible I would downgrade to WooCommerce 2.2.11 and WooCommerce Tickets 3.9.
I personally use WooCommerce on many sites and find it is better to update their major releases such as 2.3 a couple weeks after it has been out in order for the bugs to be worked out.
If you like to stick with the latest we will help you out as much as our support terms allow.
Thanks
Brian
MemberSorry for the issues Jos.
I was able to add numbers to the quantity field and get it to work on a couple sites. I did not get an Empty Cart in any browser.
So not sure why it is not working for you.
Now that WooCommerce has depreciated the quantity arrows we may look into adding our own, but a decision has not been made on that yet.
Thanks

MemberOk sorry for the issues Sargon.
Armin’s issue could be similar to your issue or might be different once we get down into it, however, to better help you both and give each of you our full attention it is better to have your own thread. Either way we will help out.
I tested on my site with WooCommerce 2.3.3 and WooCommerce Tickets 3.9.1 and was not able to replicate the issue.
So can you please follow our testing for Conflicts guide and see if that helps narrow down the issue:
Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi sorry for the issues you are having Robert.
Looks like you are hitting a memory limit.
WooCommmerce has a guide to help debug here:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-debug-issues-after-updates
Check out the section of Memory Issues and let us know if that helps out.
Thanks
February 13, 2015 at 12:19 pm in reply to: Can I downgrade from Pro to free plugin without major adverse effects? #942417Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar, I can help you out here.
If you have no used the Pro features of recurring events or additional fields you should be able to turn off Pro and everything works the same.
I would backup your site before turning off Pro, to be safe, but I routinely in my testing turn Pro off and on, even with Additional Fields and Recurring Events and events still show without issue.
Does that help?

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our ticketing plugins.
All our plugins use the eCommerce they are attached to for the checkout process. It is possible to change that process, but it involves customization and that is beyond the support we can provide.
If you would like to see the process for WooCommerce Tickets, please see this demo here:
http://wpshindig.com/event/the-events-calendar-wootickets-wordpress-demo/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
Currently there is no way to create a recurring event as you describe.
The only way to do it like that now is to make each day a separate recurring event as it is not possible to combine them.
We are working on a custom recurrence to do what you describe, but I do not have a timeline for its release.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them with you.
If other maps are working and not ours it sounds like the Google Maps API is being loaded twice and that could be the issue.
Do you have a link to a single event that I could see where the map is broken and I can take a look.
Thanks
