ParticipantSince the last update, the + and – signs on woocommerce tickets are not shown. If i buy a ticket forcedly (writing the number of tickets in the box instead of clicking on the missing + symbol) i go to my cart, but it still shows empty cart. Any idea why this is happening? site: http://www.escunabanzay.com.br thx

Participanthttp://www.escunabanzay.com.br/passeio/sabado-28022015-passeio-na-escuna-banzay/ Here is the page where you should see + and -, on left and right side from the tickets number box. (sorry for the bad english)

ParticipantHi,
i am experiencing the same problem (even after the update i just installed of the plugin). Missing the + and – and if i manually enter a number, the cart is empty.
Example: http://mghs-spaarnwoude.ify-server.net/cursus/vervolg-1-start-20-februari-2015/
Hope you can solve this.
Best regards, Jos

ParticipantNo updates on this? Seems to be related with the last update of Woocommerce right?

Participantlooks related: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/release-woocommerce-tickets-3-9-1/

ParticipantWhat i need to buy for recurring events on WooTickets? It’s my case, and i will buy it, if support still works, or at least answers… Two days waiting for an answer on a paid plugin for a active website, is really to much!

ParticipantHi,
I have exactly the same problem on my website, and tickets are not buyable anymore.
It is a very urgent problem and I hope there will be a solution soon because we can’t no more sell tickets on the website.
Could someone give us information about the next fix of that problem ?Thank you,
Regards

ParticipantSame here… but now I’m dealing with a fatal error since I added the code to bring the ticket add form to the top of the event page. Can’t even log in to the backend of my site

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
In WooCommerce 2.3 that they have depreciated the quantity increment and since our plugin builds the fields using their functions they were removed from the ticket form.
From their release notes:
The +/- quantity increment buttons – type=”number” is well supported making this feature redundant.
This plugin from WooCommerce brings them back:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-quantity-increment/
Let me know if that works for you.
Please note we can take up to 24 to respond on the support forums and this ticket is not over 24 hours old yet.
Thanks

ParticipantOk, this plugin does the trick but how comes that without this plugin, and entering the number of tickets manually, an empty cart appears?
“In WooCommerce 2.3, the quantity increment buttons have been depreciated, as most browsers now support <input type=”number” />.”
I tested it on Safari / Fireworks and Chrome (all with newest versions) and it didn’t work without this plugin.
Does the ticket-plugin still needs an update of some kind (the less plugins i need to re-enable redundant features the better).
Best regards, Jos

MemberSorry for the issues Jos.
I was able to add numbers to the quantity field and get it to work on a couple sites. I did not get an Empty Cart in any browser.
So not sure why it is not working for you.
Now that WooCommerce has depreciated the quantity arrows we may look into adding our own, but a decision has not been made on that yet.
Thanks

KeymasterHi Guido and Jos,
Sorry for the delay but I was checking up if that problem was reported already, and yes it seems to be related to the latest WooCommerce version. Our team of developers will be on top of that bug real soon.
Jos seems to be using a + and – sign or his site. Can you share here what was your solution? Our team will see what is the bug.
Sorry If I wasn’t able to solve you problem right away, but I will try to come up with something that might solve your problem while you are waiting for the update.
My best Regards,

ParticipantBrian, Gustavo,
to reproduce the error i mentioned i just updated another (almost identical) development site like i did on http://mghs-spaarnwoude.ify-server.net (see my previous post).
This one is on http://hondenscholen.net/cursus/basiscursus-start-23-maart/ here things are working like it should (without the +/- signs). Here i’m not getting an empty cart like on the other website.
I don’t know why, i need to check on the differences on both sites, but i’m not in the office today.
I will keep you informed (on sunday i will do some checking up on this matter).
Thanks!

ParticipantHi,
It seems that I talked to fast because finally after having added the plugin, I only got the “+” and no more “-“. So people can add tickets but they can’t remove it unless they do it manually.
Thank you
