MemberHello Again,
I have not had issues on my sites that I have not declared WooCommerce Support. It is hard to say if it will be an issue or not it depends on the theme.
A quick way to check if there is an issue is if you are able to go through the entire checkout process and everything works then you are good.
If you go through and it turns out it does not work you can always request a refund.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for purchasing WooCommerce Tickets.
The plugin does not have a way to collect more information as it is not a registration system, it is a ticketing system.
However, you could use a free plugin such as WooCommerce Checkout Manager
To collect information with the order for your event.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHello Again,
This is the first I have heard of it. I have not heard of plugins deleting themselves.
If it keeps happening I would look at the server then the plugin as the plugin does not have the capability to delete itself, but we can troubleshoot it as well if it does.
Does that help?
Thanks
Brian
MemberThanks for purchasing Pro.
All you settings will remain, Pro only adds to the existing settings and does not overwrite them.
It is always a good idea to back up your site as a general practice just in case.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
I can help troubleshoot them with you.
I took a look at your site and see this error in the console:
TypeError: pcontent is null
http://qa-cityparksfoundation.flywheelsites.com/wp-content/themes/cpf.sd.custom.full/scripts/js/dddropdownpanel.js
Line 118Fixing that error in your theme should enable the Filter Bar to work.
Let me know if that resolves the issue or we can go from there to resolve this.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk we resolved the issue with the mini calendar shortcode being in an event causing the month view to not display.
That issue was resolved in another thread and it looks like everything else is answered here.
I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks
Brian
MemberI am glad to see you were able to fix this issue.
Since the issue is resolved I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.
Thanks!

MemberWhat are you using to have a Spanish and English Version of the site?
Unfortunately, we do not support WPML or any language plugins right now and there maybe nothing we can do to resolve this.
But, let me know and I may have a suggestion to fix this.
Thanks
Brian
MemberThanks for creating a new thread and for the testing done so far.
I was able to get the calendar to go to March and it worked, but then trying to go back to February did not work.
If you turn all your events to drafts for February does and create a new test event does the Calendar work?
Do you have any WooCommerce Shortcodes or any other shortcodes in the content of your events?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We do not have an admin demo, but we have a front end demo:
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
Looks like you are trying to have both EDD Tickets and WooCommerce Tickets active at the same time.
Only on ticket plugin is allowed to be active, plus turn off EDD and EDD Tickets and then WooCommerce should active.
Let me know if that works.
Thanks
-Note I removed the duplicate post for this issue.

MemberNot seeing that as an issue on my test site with WooCommerce 2.3.4.
I would start with our testing for conflicts guide again and see if a different theme helps the issue.
I was able to get to March and that loaded, it is having issues with February.
If you do have any issue with that please create a new thread in reference to this.
We try to keep threads to one topic and we have gotten off track here with some many different questions.
Also, if it turns out to be a problem other customers can easily find the thread and the resolution if they have the same issue.
Thanks
Brian
