Default Start/End Times for Events

I followed this knowledge base article for changing the default start/end times for events which works great. My question is can it be (easily) expanded to include minutes?

Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins.

We do not have a guide to setting a default time by the minute.

This is the filter that controls the minute display:

tribe_get_minute_options

And the function “getMinuteOptions” is found on line 424 of this file:

the-events-calendar\lib\tribe-view-helpers.class.php

That might help you get started on creating your own.
