    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

We do not have a feature exactly as you describe.

You maybe to use the Categories to achieve this though.

By default each category creates its own set of views. You maybe to use that to get your different calendars.

However, the url’s are not customizable.

This article explains more details about everything

    Event Categories

You can test this out in the free version too:

    The Events Calendar

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

Hi I agree we need to improve our documentation and it is something we are able to tackle now that we have our new site.

If you do a search in the knowledge base get_events it brings up a couple articles.

Including this main article on tribe_get_events

    Using tribe_get_events

That examples how to use it and the event related arguments you can pass to it.

    Thanks

DEV.sandhillspatriots.com and are considered two different sites http://www.sandhilspatriots.com

So it does matter for the license key.

I would disconnect from dev and re-add it at http://www.sandhilspatriots.com

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in Community Events.

It sounds like it could work for what you are describing for Vacation Requests. Although it was not intended for that.

It is possible to remove the Location, cost and any other field you would like.

That can be done following our themer’s guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. We do not have any registration features, you can use one of our ticketing plugins for registration, but it is not a direct system to do that.

What are you using for registration?

Please note any of our ticketing solutions do not support recurring events so you are running into an issue were the Recurring Series is considered one event so yes any updates to one will update them all. You would have to break an event out of the series to give it different information from the rest.

Let me know what you are using for registration and I maybe to help out.

    Thanks

    Thanks for the information.

I noticed you are running WooCommerce 2.3.7, but only 3.9 for WooCommerce Tickets.

Please update to the 3.9.2 for WooCommerce tickets and see if that helps as we have fixes in it to address this issue.

If automatic updates are not active on your site for WooCommerce Tickets because the license key is not in you can get the latest version from your account here.

Let me know if that works out.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having I can help troubleshoot this with you.

I visited your site and see what you mean.

I looked at the Browser Console and see this error:

You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.
    http://maps.gstatic.com/maps-api-v3/api/js/20/4/main.js
    Line 60

That maybe the cause of it, can you stop your theme or another plugin from loading the Google Maps API and that may fix the issue.

Let me know about that and we can go from here.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the kind words about our plugin.

We have this guide to changing the default view using coding:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-default-categories-view/

You could use that along with WordPress Conditionals to target specific categories:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Conditional_Tags

The Event Category taxonomy is registered as:

    tribe_events_cat

You can also link directly to another view for the category so if you can put your links in the site that way you can work around it.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

*I revised this reply as I found new information to help out.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

There is not much help I can give on this, but you can edit the Ticket Form in your theme following our themer’s guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

You can move to your theme this file to edit:

    wootickets\views\wootickets\tickets.php

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in WooCommerce Tickets.

First you did not get a ticket sent from the demo site as the order has to be marked complete in WooCommerce in order to do so.

There is coding to automatically complete an order and send the email, but we do not have that on the demo.

I went in and completed you order so maybe you got the tickets now.

We do not have QR Codes, but working on adding that and are doing a beta next month. If you are interested in a beta please email us at [email protected]

Refunds and the payment process are all handled by WooCommerce and their Order System.

The ticket template can be edited following our themer’s guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

After talking to some people on the support team we have used a plugin in the past to help diagnose these issues.

The plugin is called: Rewrite Rules Inspector

    Rewrite Rules Inspector

Please load and activate that plugin.

After activating go to Tools > Rewrite Rules

Please Flush Rules, then click the Download button and share the link as a private reply for me to download. If you do not have way to share a link in a file, please create a pastebin and place it in there and share that link, it does not require an account.

That help figure out where the conflict is.

    Thanks

    Andrew,

Can you please follow the instructions above and create a next ticket with what you find out. We can give you our full attention and one on one support when you have your own ticket. If for some reason you are unable to do that, no worries, I can still help you out here.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

The Pro Plugin has recurring events, but does not support multiple times for the same event.

So you can create an event and repeat it every Saturday at 8am, but you cannot change the time as part of the recurring series.

Here is more details on how our recurring events work:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

I have not seen any report issues with playing videos from YouTube. They should work in our content editor for the events.

You can test it out for free with The Events Calendar on WordPress.org

    Thanks
