ParticipantI purchased the Pro Version for a specific website. Shows it is installed.
Now it says “Sorry, this key is out of installs”.
I’ve only used it on ONE website. Please help

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues, I can resolve them with you.
Looks like you have two licenses, one is registered to: (replaced some characters with ***)
****hurst.com
And one to:
dev.*****lspatriots.com
If you would like to move it to a new site head you your account section in the upper right corner of this site.
Go to the License Section and Disconnect a license from a url you do not want it on and then go to the new site and add the license key there.
Thanks

ParticipantHello Brian
Yes – I have 2 licenses. Seems like the one for sandhillspatriots.com isn’t working properly.
As for the license, I don’t want to move it – it shows it is active in the WP plugin page. See attached.
I also disconnected the Event Calendar (regular) in the WP plugin section to see , but that didn’t seem to help.
Also, license is to DEV.sandhillspatriots.com – but the site is at http://www.sandhilspatriots.com. Does that make a difference?
Please help,
Thanks,

MemberDEV.sandhillspatriots.com and are considered two different sites http://www.sandhilspatriots.com
So it does matter for the license key.
I would disconnect from dev and re-add it at http://www.sandhilspatriots.com

ParticipantThanks – the license was accepted, but the recurring events option is still not working. there’s a software update to the Calendar Pro:
“There is a new version of The Events Calendar PRO available” – Should I update and is that covered by my purchase?
Please advise – Thanks,

MemberYep your updates are covered for your purchase until your license expires then the system will not enable you to get any more updates until you purchase or renew a license.
So you should update. The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar Pro should always be of similar version numbers (3.9 to 3.9.1 or 3.8.1 to 3.8.2).
