MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugin.
We are unable to provide tech support in the Pre Sales Forum.
We can help out on questions such as these on WordPress.org Support Forum
I did take a quick look at your site and see the css could be changed to solve the issues. We have a guide on using the developer tools of chrome to help you figure out which css to change:
Also, please note the Pro Widgets are different from the free version and the event list models the Mini Calendar List Found on this Page:
Thanks again for your interest.

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We do not have the feature you are currently looking for and unable to support customizations.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

Or you can follow our themer’s guide and make modifications to the month view following that:

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
That sounds like an interesting project.
Unfortunately, as much as I would like to we do not have any coding or can provide much help on customizations.
I can leave this thread open for a couple weeks and someone may have some insight for you.
You can also try working on the free version of our plugin and get it to work how you would like.
Thanks

MemberTickets are created and grouped by event in the order you create them. It could be possible to group by a date or end sale, but not a feature we support.
You can follow our themer’s guide to make edits to the ticketing template:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
This is the file to move and edit in your theme:
wootickets\views\wootickets\tickets.php
There you maybe to make the changes you are looking for.
Thanks
Brian
MemberYep your updates are covered for your purchase until your license expires then the system will not enable you to get any more updates until you purchase or renew a license.
So you should update. The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar Pro should always be of similar version numbers (3.9 to 3.9.1 or 3.8.1 to 3.8.2).

MemberWe do not support the Product Shortcode so it may work with tickets, but it is not a feature of our plugin.
You may have to try that Catalog Visibility Options Plugin to get it to work.
Beyond that we are limited in supporting it.
Thanks
Brian
MemberThe capabilities for the Events Calendar are created in this file around line 1130:
the-events-calendar\lib\the-events-calendar.class.php
I know you said you started on a clean install, but running through the testing for conflicts guide my reveal where the issue is:
Not sure what else we can do as I was not able to replicate this error on my sites.
Thanks

MemberYep you would need to create 6 different tickets then.
To keep track of everything I would put the name and the day the ticket is good in the Ticket Name so it shows up everywhere.
Thanks
Brian
MemberI am glad to see you were able to figure it out.
I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.
Thanks!
Brian
MemberGreat, glad it helps, I am going to go ahead and close this ticket, but if you need help on this or something else please post a new ticket.
