MemberHI,
Thanks for using our plugins.
Unfortunately, we do not have direct support for tickets for multiple days on a multiday event as you describe. The ticketing plugins were not designed to accomplish that.
You could create the event and have it’s time span two days and then create a day 1 ticket and day 2 ticket in the event. That is as close as the current version of the plugin will get it without doing customizations.
Also, our ticketing plugins do not support recurring events.
We are working on adding more advance features to the ticketing plugins and have a beta next month. If you are interested you can email us at [email protected]
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
The CSV importer does not support semi colon ( ; ), the delimeter must be a coma ( , ) or it does not work.
We also do not have a way to add a new field such as the Hide From Event Listings.
The only way to change those would be to modify the coding and that is beyond the support we can provide.
The CSV importer coding is found in this directory:
the-events-calendar\lib\io\csv\
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi Again,
To remove the iCal Export from just the Month view please add the following code to your functions.php:

MemberHi Ben,
To make modifications to many of the templates a good place to start is with our Themer’s Guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
In the case for the title it is a function that we have a filter to do this.
Please add the following to your functions.php of your theme
https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/0a208ecb34a072becf5c
Replace Company Name with the name you would like to use and make sure to keep the space at the end of the name and the single quote.
Thanks

MemberHi Barry,
Thanks for using our plugins.
Currently, it is not a feature to collect names for every ticket sold.
We are working on adding that and many other features to the ticket plugins and will have a beta next month for such features.
If you are interested in the beta please email us at [email protected]
If you need a solution immediately, I would suggest searching for a way to limit ticket purchases to one per order as a way around that.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using WooCommerce Tickets.
It is possible to edit the ticket template in your theme.
Follow our themer’s guide to learn how to move the template:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
The ticket template is found here:
the-events-calendar\views\tickets\email.php
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
