    Hi!

    We just renewed both the pro calendar and community events licenses and we are getting the message Sorry, this key is out of installs?. As far as I can see there are no other licenses that need to be disconnected. I also noticed the site url is incorrect though. How can we update that?

    Also, it would not let me activate the Community Events Calendar because it says it is Version 3.0.1 and needs to newest version to match 3.9.1. But I downloaded the latest one available under the account for downloads?

    Thanks for renewing and sorry for the issues you are having.

    I can help troubleshoot them with you.

    If the site url is incorrect that maybe the issue.

    You can login to your account here on theeventscalednar.com and in the license section disconnect the url and then go to the site again and try to connect.

    Also in your account you can go to the downloads section to get the latest version of the plugins.

    When there let me know if you cannot see Community Events 3.9 to download.

    Thanks! That worked with the license key, but community events are still showing version 3.0.1

    Ok glad one is working.

    Please email us your order number for Community Events purchase you just made and let them know you cannot download the latest version.

    It looks like the system is still only detecting your old Community Events license which expired in 2013 so it is not letting you download the latest.
