MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our WordPress Plugins.
All our plugins are made to work with WordPress and are not compatible with Infusionsoft.
You maybe to customize something to get them to work together, but cannot provide any support with that.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them with you.
Can you please verify that Pro and the Events Calendar are active and both at version 3.9.1
And does deactivating and deleting Pro and then getting a new copy from your account on theeventscalendar.com help?
Deactivating and deleting our event plugins does not delete any settings, but it is always a good idea to backup beforehand.
Let me know how that works and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in Pro for multisite.
We have this guide for the license for multisite:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/buying-licenses-for-multisites/
The plugin does not support having a master calendar in the parent site and related events in the child sites. Each site is a separate calendar and not connected.
A customer has created a plugin to create a cross site widget that may work for you:
Also, a plugin called ThreeWP Broadcast has a Premium feature that enables you to send events, venues, and organizers between sites:
That is as close as I have seen to get you what you are looking for, beyond that we cannot support customizations, but can try to help answer a question or two to get you started.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi Marc,
Unfortunately, there are compatibility issues between the Events Calendar and WPML.
It is currently on our roadmap to work on those issue, which it has not been in the past so I am hoping we will have a release that resolves them soon.
However, I do not have a timeline when that might be released.
Thanks
Brian

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in WooCommerce Tickets.
That plugin requires the Events Calendar to use and the tickets are only created in event’s themselves.
You maybe to use a shortcode to display the tickets as they are still products, but that it not anything we support.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
