Calendar Customization with background photos behind each day of month

I have a client who is pretty adamant about placing a cool background photo behind each day of the month in your Event Calendar Pro plugin and I explained that we can easily customize each day of the month through custom CSS to display a static image for each day but this will have to remain the same image for each month. They now want to investigate whether is possible to customize each day for every month. I recommended against it because that would require hacking into the plugin thereby causing problems with updates. Can you confirm my assumption or recommend a way to go about doing this if possible? Also, do you think that this is a feature you might want to implement in the future as an upgrade?

Thanks for using our plugin.

I can try to help out here.

We have a way edit all our templates by moving them to the theme following our themer’s guide will show you how:

You could then add the current month using a function that we use to display the Month name as a class. And with that class use it to modify the dates with images your client would like.

We are unable to help on that entire process, but I can give a little more help to point you in the right direction.
