    I just updated the license on our events calendar pro and then it said there was an update. I did the update and now my events calendar pro doesn’t work and it’s just the regular events calendar with limited options and you can’t put in a license key. The pro says it is version 3.9.1.

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them with you.

    Can you please verify that Pro and the Events Calendar are active and both at version 3.9.1

    And does deactivating and deleting Pro and then getting a new copy from your account on theeventscalendar.com help?

    Deactivating and deleting our event plugins does not delete any settings, but it is always a good idea to backup beforehand.

    Let me know how that works and we can go from here.
