SEO for Product page for Events?

    Hi,

    New to forum but I have a question about the “flow” of creating events and the product page attached to the event using woocommerce tickets.

    So, my understanding is that when you create a event, the plugin creates a product page, for processing the tickets through woocommerce. On the product page there is no information in the description box only the pricing etc of the event.

    Do I copy the event description into the product page and setup the SEO entries on this page as well as on the event page?

    What are the best practices to have the event indexed by search engines?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    The Products that are created by the ticket plugin actually go directly to the Event they were created in. They do not have a single view for the product so no need to index or to add SEO to them, that is all done through the Event.
