Hi,

Thanks for using Community Events.

To edit event templates you can move them to your theme to safely edit.

We have the themer’s guide to help find right templates to move and edit:

Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugin.

It could be possible to change the theme around an event, but we have no features to do that.

We have this themer’s guide that might help you customize our templates:

However, for the most part customizations are beyond the support we can provide.

Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can help answer your questions.

Unfortunately, with Pro or any of our plugins it is not a feature to group events like that.

As for Community Events, they show in the regular calendar, but there is not different between other events.

Both of these maybe possible with a customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide.

How strange.

The order shows two items, yet payment was only collected for one.

Hello,

Sorry for the issues you are having.

Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.

To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys

Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.

We do not have any features to manage coupons as you describe from any of our plugins.

They are all Event related only.

Glad you found it.

If you upgrade to Pro the additional fields do not show in the attendees list.

We have a feature in the beta that will enable you to add the custom fields, but currently do not support that feature.

Ok thanks for the information, I get the same error in IE11 as well and will look into getting this fixed.

As for the licenses we have a nonprofit program:
