Licence Key Out of Installs—Many Are Reporting But I Don't See a Solution…..

I have browsed through the threads on this and still don’t find a solution.

We have ONE WordPress site. I purchased the Events Calendar Pro in January. Now I am unable to get updates for the single instance of Events Calendar Pro??

Here’s the message: “There is an update available for The Events Calendar PRO but your license key is out of installs”

Again, we have only ONE install of this.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Our website was renamed from berkanaenterpriseconsulting.com to becteam.com. Maybe this created a problem with licensing?

Would appreciate a solution from Modern Tribe support on this!

Hello,

Sorry for the issues you are having.

Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.

To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys

Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
