    I getting this message: Key Validation Server Not Available

    It was ok before.

    my plugin version is 3.9.1

    Do you have an IP or server address I can use to make sure it is not being blocked ; so i can whitelist it

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.

    We have these two IP addresses to check:

    50.116.28.27

    162.243.159.176

    Also, if you can I would white list both tri.be and theeventscalendar.com

    Does doing that resolve the issue?

    First the License is not needed for the plugin to work correctly.

    All features except automatic updates work without the license and it is possible to always get the latest version of the plugin and manually update it as well.

    Also, it may take us up to 24 hours to respond per our terms and conditions. However, we try to do it quicker then that.

    Thanks for the information it appears you site cannot connect to https://theeventscalendar.com as it returned nothing back, not even a 400 level code.

    Are you able to contact your host and see if they can test connecting to https://theeventscalendar.com from your server and find out if there is a blocked there?

    I am going to add another error detection to that plugin to see if we can use it again to actually get an error out of it instead of being blank.

    I have updated the Validate URl to include an error message.

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/c0ljmqenuaorf9e/validate-url-.6.zip?dl=0

    Please delete the old one and upload and after Activating go to Tools > Validate URL

    Enter in this url:

    https://theeventscalendar.com

    I believe you will get Couldn’t resolve host ‘https://theeventscalendar.com’, which would mean your server cannot find that url.

    But let me know what you find out.
